Whole building is very noisy, could hear the guest walking around upstairs as if it were in a house. Had to call three times late in the evening, to complain about kids bouncing on beds and running...

We found this hotel on Trip Advisor and would recommend to others. Room was clean and well stocked - even a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was wonderful - we loved the waffles.

Stayed here in Aug, 2009 as we were visiting West Ed. Mall. Check in was at 3:00, we arrived at 3:40 after a very long, tiring drive, and our room was not ready. Not off to a good start. We waited...
