I sincerely apologize that another guest invaded your personal space and smoked directly outside your room. This is absolutely unacceptable. At Anantara, we aim to provide every guest with privacy, comfort and excellent service. Having someone smoke right in front of your room falls drastically short of our standards. Please know that this individual's behavior does not reflect the values of our resort. I will address this matter immediately with my team to prevent it from happening again. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, away from guest rooms, and we will reinforce this policy with all guests. Additionally, I will speak with the staff to ensure they are proactively monitoring the grounds and courteously enforcing our policies. Please accept my sincere apologies for this disruption during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities.
