If you aren't already well familiar with the area, I recommend trying out the Hilton. However, the continental breakfast served in the basement to the office might fill the bill. Ask about the soy milk.
these people have no clue how to run a lodging business....walked in to "office" itself dirty and outdated...woman half lying on couch grunted at me that "he'll" be right here...room was ugly, toilet stained, shower floor not cleaned...towels threadbare and stained...a complete dump Owner told me they had just bought it-again, they have no business taking money for such an awful place. Only stayed because we were desperate to sleep after finding no vacancies anywhere in the area....know why this one had rooms available!! ick (owner gouged us for $80 because he knew other places were full)
It cost more than room was worth and weekly Rate was comparable to microtel, no phone no pool antiquated TV no remote, the management came around at 1030 kicking people out or collecting for additional nights
I'm all for a dumpy motels but this was beyond dumpy, this was a health hazard! This motel seemed pretty questionable, so we asked to see a room before we made our final decision. It smelled so bad! A mix between curry, black mold, and smoke. The ceiling panels were falling down, and caving in with water damage. They couldn't even get the lights to turn on.... I mean, come on. I wouldn't have stayed here even if it were free.
