My Fuji & surrounds. Our English speaking guide was punctual & his car clean & modern. He drove safely. David was courteous, friendly & helpful. He was happy to change the itinerary when we told him we couldn’t climb the 400 steps to a shrine. He gave us a happy & memorable day.

Our trip to Mt. Fuji was amazing! Umar was an excellent guide, he was communicative, extremely punctual, very friendly, and had great recommendations. We really enjoyed our time with him and had an amazing day. The only piece of constructive feedback that I would give is that my partner and I love history and would have loved to learn more about Japanese culture and history from our guide. We were missing hearing about the cultural and historical significance of each location that we stopped at. That would have made our day perfect.

Our guide, Mr. Shahjee was incredibly courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable. He knew all the shortcuts and optimized our route despite our constraints. My father-in-law is disabled and we had to accommodate his needs. He was also very accomodating with our photo requests. Our experience as a family greatly exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend just sharing your points of interest with them and let them guide you on how to optimize your time. If I send any other family members or friends, I will highly recommend this tour operator to them.

Shahjee was an amazing guide. He was prompt and the car ride was comfortable. He was personable, communicative and informative. He was intentional about talking with my young son and involved him in the tour stops. The tour was completely self directed and we didn’t feel rushed in any way. We saw beautiful sites, took lots of photos and tried delicious foods all while learning about Japanese history. I highly recommend this all day tour as it was an exceptional value!
