The wildlife experience was out of this world at Serengeti, Ngorogoro and Tarangire and the guide was fantastic! BUT the entire trip has left a painful lasting memory in the form of bedbug bites which have required medical treatment and cortisone injections. Instead of staying at Nysa Lodge as per the brochure, en route I found out I was instead staying at Jambo Lodge for two nights - where I was ravaged by painful bedbug bites all across my stomach, shoulders and neck. The camping was incredibly unhygienic - no mattress covers and no washing between guests!! Simply rolled up, left on the ground then packed on the roof. Sleeping bags dirty and unwashed - all packed into a sack - germ and bug breeding ground galore. Just very poor hygiene practices. And it’s very cold camping at night - sleeping bag was inadequate and didn’t close. Booked myself into a private lodge on the second night of camping at Ngorongoro as I was told on the day it would be MUCH colder and two Eastern toilets and cold showers for a campsite with hundreds of tents. Warn people at least so they are prepared!

Great experience, Evelyn was very helpful from the start and designed the trip around our needs.
Our guide, Nestor, was ideal, very professional and of great company throughout the whole experience, worked really hard.
We saw all the animals we wanted to see, had a great time at the lodges(the one in the serengeti was AMAZING, could have been part of a luxury package in my opinion) and delicious dinner every evening.
Lunch was a bit bland and repetitive but it's no deal breaker, especially considering that breakfast was always good.
We were really thankful when they helped us arrange a covid test which became suddenly needed for our trip back, they really went the extra mile and we managed to do everything on time.
I made the right choice booking with sevenwonders and I would certainly book again!

A wonderfully organized safari! Thank you!
Evelyn understood our needs perfectly. We wanted to use the maximum time of 7 days to see wonderful places and these 7 days were 7 wonders days. She approached our stay individually, finding the best lodge for us, giving us unlimited game drives and providing us with Hozza a great guide. It was not a selected safari from a catalog that cannot be changed. It was a safari organized especially for us and according to our needs, and we felt it. This is not a company focused only on earning money from you, they really try their best to make your stay as pleasant and organized as possible. We also thank very much our top guide Hozza. Contacting 7wonders is very pleasant. We selected the safari offer from 9 other companies with the best ratings on Tripadvisor. Very nice contact with 7Wonders from the beginning. The presented offer gave us a signal that this is something special, not just a permanent offer. There was no problem with changing the plan and places. It was something difficult to explain, but after seeing other offers and e-mails from Evelyn, we chose 7Wonders straight away. We were not mistaken. They are just friendly, nice and honest. This may not be the most important thing for a Tanzania safari, but the price offered by 7Wonders was by far the best for the length of stay and its quality over our other 8 offers.
We rarely recommend travel services, but in this case we cannot leave 7Wonders without recommendation

For our honeymoon we chose the 6-day safari with seven wonders, and we were able to add a 1 day hike of Kilimanjaro to the beginning and a 1 day tour of Dar es Salaam to the end for a total of 8 days. Seven Wonders was very responsive and had a nice itinerary for us.
Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would recommend Seven Wonders to anyone. It was an adventurous journey and the company is reliable and trustworthy. Their drivers and tour guides were always on time; and they were all very nice and attentive.
Suggestions: A lot of areas (getting into and out of Serengetti, especially) is very dusty; shampoo is not always provided; carry toilet paper (hygiene paper) with you just in case; we used phones for pictures and had no binoculars which was okay, but if you really want to see things well bring binoculars.
To start the trip, the Seven Wonders driver (Good Luck) picked us up from our bed and breakfast (Le Parlour; very nice) and we then picked up our Kilimanjaro guide (Gasto) who was nearby. Good Luck and Gasto were both very nice, energetic, and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our hike (17 km roundtrip; not including the hike to a waterfall we were too tired for) with Gasto where we saw some blue monkeys and colorful birds. We were especially thankful that Gasto took good care of us while one of us had unpleasantly fast bowel movements (presumably from malarone, anti-malarial medicine). This was definitely a highlight of the trip. We were then driven to Arusha where we stayed the night.
The safari then began the next day where our safari guide and driver (Amos) picked us up. The safari trips were very enjoyable. In hindsight, we really liked starting at Tarangire. In general, we saw a lot of animals, Amos was very nice and very aware of our needs as well as what animals were nearby. He always stopped for us to take pictures if he heard us talking about what we saw, and was patient until we both said we were okay to move on. He also would try to get us to good spots or talk to other drivers for us when they blocked our vision. We also appreciated that he agreed with us that aggressively getting close to the animals isn't nice, and he was able to usually position us where animals would walk by us without blocking their path.
Awesome things we saw: Cheetah chasing Thompson Gazelle and 2 hyenas coming to steal it (chase was unsuccessful, Serengetti); stopped very close to a Buffalo we didn't know was there, grazing and hanging out with a bird (Lake Manyara); two elephant families meeting by a waterhole and "asking" (loudly) to share the water (Tarangire); a Lion family walking to drink water and rest after eating a Zebra (Serengetti); various grazers sharing the waterhole as if they wanted to sing about a baby lion (Tarangire); lots of Wildebeast and Zebra walking in a line (Ngorongoro); seeing (and hearing) a group of 10+ hyenas eating a baby buffalo.
We got to spend a lot of time with Amos and since safaris mean a lot of time sitting in the car, we were glad that Amos was easy to talk to; the overall trip was very fun and each part was a great experience, but 6 days of safari can mean a lot of car time so you should be prepared for that (we asked to end most of our safaris by 4 or 5 PM which was nice).
On our last day of safari, Amos drove us from Ngorongoro to Kilimanjaro airport to fly to Dar es Salaam. Amos was asked to do it last minute but he handled it amazingly and even waited outside of the airport until he was sure we could board. When we landed in Dar es Salaam (around 11:30PM?) Seven Wonders had a driver waiting for us to take us to our hotel. Tanzanite Executive Hotel is very nice, but be warned there is a loud, morning prayer that happens.
The next morning, there was a bit of a mixup with our driver and tour guide (hakuna matata), but we were able to start our city tour without too much wait. Seven Wonders arranged for our day in Dar es Salaam with another tour company, so we don't fault either company and assume it was a simple miscommunication. Our city guide and driver, Julius, was very fun, easygoing, and knowledgeable about the city--he's a native that would answer some questions with "I'm a Dar es Salaam guy". We only had time to see a few things, but we really enjoyed the national museum for the music and dance experience and seeing how even in Dar es Salaam a lot of people know what tribes their family comes from.
