Fantastic tour with my guide Jolie. Saw lots of Osaka which I’m sure you won’t find anywhere else. Highly informative and a must do for first time in Osaka

This would have been a 5/5 except for the failure in Viator’s system that resulted in our tour guide not showing up for our scheduled private tour. We had to rearrange our plans and Kevin rescheduled us for a group tour the following day.
Ferdinand was our guide and the tour was well worth it. It was a combination walking and public transpo tour. He took us to places in Osaka we wouldn’t have known to go to if we were on our own. He was very good in explaining the history, culture and descriptions of the places and sights that we saw. We covered a lot in 4 hours and the pace was just right. Other than the snafu with Viator on the 1st day, we were very happy with Pinpoint Tours’ service. Thank you, Kevin & Ferdinand!

Our guide spoke good English which made this tour enjoyable. We walked through the streets of Osaka and he provided interesting commentary. He took us to markets which tourists don’t visit and we found very interesting.
We also went to the castle and our guide was very informative on the history of this castle in Osaka. As our guide spoke Japanese well he also helped us with getting train information timetable.
A good way to see Osaka around the castle area.

Levy was a great guide and able to change plans with all the corona shutdowns and I mentioned that I was all templed out. We visited a few food places instead and definitely saw some places I never would have found on my own. Got some great knowledge and history on the tour as well

This was truly an enjoyable tour for my son, nephew & myself! Our guide, Brice, knew exactly where & what great hidden places to see in Osaka & more! He also gave us wonderful info & insights of each place visited! And took us to places we would not be able to see by ourselves! We truly enjoyed this walking tour! A MUST!

We were in Osaka for business and were fortunate to have time for the one day tour of Osaka with Violeta. She was a joy! Well informed about the history of the city and fun places to visit! Highly recommend !!

Riley was a great tour guide. We realized the day before the tour that we had already visited several of the stops on the standard schedule. The company and Riley were able to restructure our tour to see some new sites that we wanted to see--the bustling fresh market and Korea Town along Osaka Castle that made a perfect tour for us. There is a certain advantage to having an ex-pat do the tour. Riley really understood what Americans would want to see and how to answer our questions. He has a good command of Japanese and interacted very well with the local community. He was spontaneous and adaptable. We would recommend this tour very highly, especially if you have Riley for your guide.

My wife and I signed up for this tour without reading much. We have done quite of few of these. But this has blown our expectations away.
First of all Levy is knowledgeable and entertaining. There was only 2 of us but we managed to laugh all the way through.
We saw more of the city than the full day tour prior day and learned more of the history. And the restaurants filled our expectations, its definitely places we would of never even attempted to go into or find....they are off the beaten path afterall.
Highly recommend this once you get to Osaka, if you want to try out non typical dishes.
