This was an amazing tour! Masae was a fantastic tour guide, she made the whole experience amazing for my family. We were able to customize the trip and got great recommendations for things to do and visit while on the tour. Toushi was great as well, he pointed out interesting mushrooms and plants along the way. They made the travel very easy, if you are a foreigner staying in Tokyo and want a fantastic day seeing sights around Mt. Fuji then this is the trip for you!

Thank you for choosing our tour among many other options. From the very beginning, I was so excited to be your tour guide knowing Cooper came back to Japan with his family. In spite of our low expectations for catching the view of Mt. Fuji, she did appear a few times during the day !! I'm glad Suzie liked the tranquil (a bit mysterious) ambiance of the old shrine in the woods and that you enjoyed the village of thatched farmhouses. Thanks for writing such a nice review. We had the absolute best time during our tour. Both our tour guide and driver went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and provide us with a unique experience. I suggest you read the activity descriptions to have a good idea of what is interesting to your group. Our tour guide consulted with us closely to suggest a great itinerary. We left our tour with 10 additional recommendations and so much knowledge about the history and culture of Japan.

Masae and Toshi were fantastic. The ride was so nice and they made it so convenient with our infant. They took us to a local restaurant which was so great. Really a great experience.

Mazda was an amazing and informative tour guide. He rearranged our whole itinerary to best work with the weather, which was incredibly proactive and helpful. An amazing tour worth every penny, I highly recommend this tour and going with Mazda

We had a wonderful time, having personal tour guides was worthwhile. The tour guides and driver were very friendly and adjusted our tour on the day to ensure we got to see all the key sights. Using thier knowledge of local area they optmise our tour around the weather to give us a fun packed day of sight seeing. They were also very accommodating of our 20 month old baby girl making it a great experience overall.

Thanks again for taking part in our Mt FUJI tour. We were blessed by the nice weather and we could take many beautiful photos of Mt FUJI from several angles the whole day. Your drone camera operation was fantastic too. I am sure that the private car tour would be suitable for your group and you have enjoyed the way to MT FUJI with lots of exciting music as well.

Our guide made our trip spectacular! Mazda helped us troubleshoot an issue right from the beginning, and then proceeded to show us the best views of Mr Fuji and surroundings with energy, joy, and so professional!!!!

This custom-tailored tour of Mt.Fuji was a perfect way to end our trip to Japan. We saw many beautiful views of the mountain, went inside the ice/wind caves, and visited some lakes and an old-styled Japanese village.
But our tour guide Sumiko and driver Tak truly made the whole day special. Both were super kind, funny, and a joy to just talk with. Sumiko was so knowledgeable on the history and culture of each spot, and took us to sites we wouldn't have found on our own. Tak was super funny, and even went out of his way to drive us past spots in the city that my travel party would enjoy on our way back to the hotel.
They both also gave us recommendations for things to do for the rest of our stay in Japan. Ask for them, and you'll have an unforgettable experience!
But our tour guide Sumiko and driver Tak truly made the whole day special. Both were super kind, funny, and a joy to just talk with. Sumiko was so knowledgeable on the history and culture of each spot, and took us to sites we wouldn't have found on our own. Fantastic day long trip to Mt. Fuji and the beautiful surrounding area. Sumiko and Tak were the perfect guides: friendly, funny, and very accommodating. They gave us plenty of recommendations, asked about our interests, and answered any questions we had about Japan and Japanese culture. Highly recommend.

I am the customer, not the service company. You can customize quite a lot the tour. Of course starting time, but depending on what you want to do you need to start 8:30. Regarding baby seat I am sorry but I don’t know

Zahid, they'll ask you where you want to go around Mt Fuji & tailor the tour for your desire. I recommend you ask Tokyo Star Agency direct about the specific destinations, they are very helpful.

si une personne ne prend pas le téléphérique, que fait- elle en attendant ?
la voiture nous attend-t-elle là ou elle nous dépose pour le téléphérique ? ou nous recupère-t- elle ailleurs ?
peut -on grouper avec la visite rapide du centre commerciale ?
