Great Tour with THE BEST person Umer

Mr Umer, a knowledgable, punctual and expert driver made the trip a memorable one. I was quite concerned as to how he would recognize me the airport, the pick up point, but he just came and recognized me. Mind you, I had no phone. He even shared his network with me. That helped me to remain connected with my family in India. In 10 hours he took me around the whole of Tokyo, gave an insight of the culture and way of life of Japan and treated me with several of the delicacies of Japan. I had a hearty vegetarian Indian lunch, which was much needed. It was from his side and he refused to accept payment. It touched my heart. The car was comfortable and the ride very smooth. He was a good guide also, though it was not a part of his duty. He accompanied me everywhere which saved not only time but boosted my confidence.

Umer is a peoples person. He understood me very well and catered to all my needs without saying so. We developed a great bond of mother and son.
He didn't just drop me at the airport, went with me upto the checkin of the departure of the airport and did all the formalities of the checkin. It was way beyond his time and duty.

Being 70+ I was a bit reluctant about this trip alone but did not want to voice it out at home. I had 17 hours in transit and there was an opportunity for me to see Tokyo, my desire since a long time. Glad I did it.

Waiting for my next trip to Mt Fuji with him.
Mr. Umer speaks several languages including Japanese, English and Hindi.
I recommend him HIGHLY.
God Bless you Umer. Have a great life ahead.
I rate him 100 Golden Stars.

Highly recommended convenient, comfortable, reliable and professional private van driver all around Tokyo!

We weren’t sure if we would be jet lagged after such a long flight, so decided to book a private van to have a more relaxing day of sight-seeing. Mian was so kind, patient, helpful and professional as our safe driver all day. He always found a place close by to each site to drop us off and wait for us, and we were able to see all the major sites we wanted including detours to Starbucks and special shops our group wanted to visit! We even had time to have lunch and dinner stops and locations I had researched beforehand. It turned out to be a typhoon rain and wind day, and large umbrellas were provided for us to borrow.

Mian was a great communicator all day and was always at the location he said he would be, waiting for us to finish each site at our leisure. We were able to enjoy the entire day being driven around in the comfort of a spacious van, which was a calm and restful way to experience the bustling city of Tokyo. An added bonus was not having to worry about carrying our souvenirs while visiting each new site, because we could leave them with Mian in the van. So convenient! :)

Tip: Ensure your WhatsApp setting is enabled to use data for easy communication with your driver all day!

Great private car with drop off at airport
Mian anees was a great driver who spoke perfect English. Totally customize itinerary that let us see so much more than would have been possible. Highly recommend

Mian Anees is great! He took us wherever we wanted to go and was very friendly! 10/10 Would recommend! Saved a lot of time traveling by train and got to fit in more attractions and activities with a private car.

Lovely day in Tokyo

A lovely day in Tokyo, despite some rain. Our driver (Umer) was very cordial and could answer most of our questions. He was a driver only but spoke perfect English and essentially was our Guide, although we did not pay for a guide. Since it was a private tour, we could set the itinerary or use their standard suggestions. We did some of both.

Great Trip
If you don't know where you're going or have a planned map out of what you want to do, this is the best thing ever. If I'm ever back in Tokyo, I would use their service again.

A Great Way to Acquiant Yourself with Tokyo

We had a fun and relaxing tour of Tokyo. Our guide Anees-san has a deep knowledge of Tokyo and was able to customize the tour to our needs while providing excellent service. I am recommending his services to my family and friends.
