Ellie and Lena were exceptional guides. My daughter and I really enjoyed our experiences and the hands on opportunity we had making Nerikiri. I am already looking forward to more tours with them on my next visit to Japan.

Not worth it. Just go to osu area and try whatever street food you find interesting.
The tour charges you 14k yen per person and they’re going to food food worth 3k-4k yen per person. Nothing significant, interesting or special about the food. The guide kept on talking about nagoya’s history which really wasn’t interesting. Because if we wanted to learn about Nagoya’s history, we would have booked a historical tour.
Don’t book this tour.

Very well curated tour highlighting a truly unique area of Nagoya and Japan. The guide was excellent - giving us great insights into Nagoya and Japanese culture. All done in a very personable, engaging way. Thank you Patricia-san!

Lots of food, great time getting to explore and chatting with Kim! The portions were small but extremely filling! I was barely able to finish the last two stops. Wear good shoes, there is a lot of walking!

My wife and I went on the Osu Walking Street Food Tour and we both had a great time. We loved the food we were given but the experience was made because of our tour guide Erica.
Erica was very knowledgable and open to all sorts of questions which she answered in great detail. She gave us an insight into the local market we had discovered, shrines, temples, shops, the sumo culture and of course food. Erica was kind enough to adapt the tour as I was wanting to try a taiyaki which wasn't part of the tour but she took us to a great place.
As for the food, it was incredible and Erica was great when recommending different flavours or options to try different options with. My favourite was either the taiyaki or this tasty shrimp sandwich!

Learn about local culture and cuisine. A fun way to experience Nagoya. Patricia, our guide was knowledgeable and gave us lots of insight about the history of the area. Sampling the local foods and hidden gems added to our tour! Very fun tour!

Erica was an amazing tour guide! Not only did she show us some incredible food she was prepared for the fact that we were there over a holiday so certain stores were more crowded than usual. She led us through the streets with ease and answered any and all questions we had with very thorough thought. Her insight was unique and we are so glad we stopped in Nagoya!

We had an amazing time with Erica. She is really friendly and funky and knows a lot about the food and the tempels and shrines. I would recommend this tour to e everyone!

Very nice tour with great little bits of information along the way, e.g. whether this is a temple or a shrine and why. The little treats were well chosen and all tasted great! The different things we tried were particularly nice, there was everything from sweet to spicy. A really great tour that was really fun, we would love to come back to Nagoya ^^

Lena from "Nagoya is not Boring" was a fantastic tour guide - patient, knowledgeable and friendly! Being a local, she has experience with this area so the tour was particularly detailed and full of excellent local information.
We visited a small local shrine and she talked about the significance of some of the symbols and the correct way to wash your hands and give offerings.
Then we walked towards the Osu Shopping Street to stop for some green tea and sweets in a beautiful boutique tea shop. Along the way she pointed out lots of beautiful Japanese gardens and also took us to see a 200 year old Bonsai tree.
I’m not a huge fan of green tea, but this was fantastic. She provided lots of information about the tea and how to drink it and we had a nice chat about Nagoya.
Next we went to the Osu Shopping Street to try some local street food - Grilled rice on a stick that's been dipped in red miso sauce (I think it was called Menshi), mochi dango and one of the best egg sandwiches I’ve ever had (not from 711)
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone staying in Nagoya. Excellent experience!!
