Die Tour wurde als 8stündige Schnorchel-Tour angekündigt. Am Ende sind wir zu einem Vulkan gekarrt worden, wo wir uns für ein Bad oder eine "historische " Tour entscheiden mussten.
Das Mittagessen hat sich als Einmalteller-Auswahl herausgestellt.
Am Ende hätten wir für 40min in einer Bucht schnorcheln können- ohne Fische und andere Meerestiere, dafür aber mit jede Menge schwimmende Händler.
Den Tag hätten wir besser anders verbracht. Diese Tour ist nicht empfehlenswert, sondern hat sich als absoluter Flop erwiesen!!!!

We apologize that this tour did not meet your expectations. This is a tour that visits land sites and offers a swim and snorkel stop. We offer private charters for just swim and snorkel.

From start to finish the crew of “Mango Tango” *our Catamaran were entertaining, professional, informative and genuinely seemed to have job satisfaction and passion.
We were all greeted & welcomed by all of the crew members and informed about the details of the excursion ahead.
On our route to Soufriere we learned about various parts of the island that we passed by sea.
The only minor disappointment was that we couldn’t fully hear what was being said on the microphone, over the catamarans engine and music, but we got the main gist of the educational information.
Once at the port, we were met by a few minibus’s and taken to the sulphur mud baths.
Our driver was very funny as well as being informative about Soufrieres history (built in 1700’s after the last volcanic eruption) and about the Piton mountains which were spectacularly in view.
At the Mud baths, we were very much looked after by our tour guides; making us feel very safe, as they were on hand to take pictures and watch out for each and every one of us.
We then went from here for lunch, which was very tasty & plentiful.
At no point did we feel pressure to purchase gifts from the stalls that were around the tourist attractions.
After lunch we made our way to the fresh waterfall where again, we all participated and had pictures taken.
From here we got back on the catamaran, where we had beers, rum punch & soft drinks on tap, served by the crew. The music was turned up and the afternoon had such a party atmosphere.
One of the ways that our crew made sure that we were safe, was that when we stopped to snorkel and swim, they advised us against entertaining and of the locals who were around and trying to sell us drinks/items from their kayaks.
They were very strong & definite about warning us against any unnecessary interaction with these people and I had a great appreciation for that.
On our return to the original port, we were once again looked after with drinks and entertainment.
Definitely a must do day trip if in St Lucia.

The whole experience was great! The service and staff were amazing as well the ambiance and the activities. We also received lunch during the excursion that was delicious! I would highly recommend!

Saint Lucia is such a beautiful country. The landscape is unbelievable. from the rolling hills to the beautiful ocean and the amazing weather year round.
If you're here, definitely do this pitons tour on a Catamaran. I booked it through the Royalton and it was fabulous! The boat was basically like a yacht. It's called the Tout Bagay tour.
The boat ride was comfortable and took about 2 hours to get to the pitons. But the boat ride is so fun that it's well worth it. I wouldn't recommend taking a speed boat. As you will not have a washroom and it will be bumpy.
The mud bath was a unique experience but super smelly due to Sulphur. The waterfall was fun and refreshing and the lunch on top of the hill was delicious. Snorkeling was OK but not much to see except a little bit of a reef and some fish. But still it was fun and we had a waterside on the boat to slide into the ocean, which was exilerating.

I have to say this review is based on the business practices, not the actual exclusion. We were scheduled for a day in early October when there was a topical depression in the Caribbean bringing heavy rain and wind. We were getting ready for the trip expecting to be notified that it was canceled. I inquired and was told we’re still planning to go. Reluctant, we went. It was overcast and very choppy. There were people who got sea sick ( I have done these trips before in other islands and I realize this happens) but clearly this was not a good choice. About 45 minutes out, the staff advised us they were told to go back and we would be unable to dock if we continued due to weather. We were given the option to reschedule or refund. My husband really wanted to see the island so we rescheduled for the following day. The weather was again very poor and thankfully they cancelled before getting everyone to the boat. This time we had to request a refund. They assured us that would be processed. I received my credit card bill weeks later e and needed to ask the to issue the refund. I wonder how many others were not credited. Unfortunately, I would not book with this company again.

An amazing day! A great way to see St. Lucia. The crew was fantastic and our driver in Soufriere was so knowledgeable and told so much about the history as we traveled. We will definitely do this again on our next visit to St. Lucia

We took our honeymoon to St. Lucia. We had 1 excursion planned through TripAdvisor which we were VERY excited for and looked forward to the whole trip. TripAdvisor rescheduled us due to their mistake with overbooking which we were flexible with because we were so excited about the trip. The day prior to the trip we were in contact with TripAdvisor agents to confirm pick up details for the morning of as we did not want to risk any chance of missing our excursion. They confirmed our pick up area and time and we got there 5 minutes early ready and excited that morning. We waited and waited and no one showed. Eventually we reached out to TripAdvisor to see what the hold up was and we were told that the drivers had gone to another location NOT where they had confirmed they would be the previous day. They had left us. We took all the extra precautions to avoid this by double checking our pick up location the previous day and yet they had left us. TripAdvisor said they would not turn around for us and could only offer a refund. Considering this was our honeymoon, our first trip together in our entire relationship and an experience we were really looking forward to, the money was not what we wanted. Yet, that’s all they could offer. So we spent our entire morning, not on our exciting excursion but on the phone with customer service trying to get a refund and getting charged for it because phone calls are not free abroad. I’d like to say that this didn’t ruin my honeymoon entirely but it absolutely put a damper on my mood for the rest of the trip. I will never be booking with TripAdvisor again and am extremely disappointed that they robbed us of a once in a lifetime experience.

It was a wonderful trip and I would recommend it again and again. We startet with non-alcoholic drinks at first, but the rum punch was already open after 10 o'clock. The lunch buffet offers a huge variety on food which was very delicious, but you can only go once. We did the mud bath (you have to choose between mud bath and history of the volcano) and were glad we did it. However the springs are too hot to bath in it, but there are showers where you can clean yourself. The snorkeling on the way back was beautiful but be aware of the local selling at the beach. Staff and music was great, there was a drinking competition going on as well, so lots of things to do. Just enjoy and embrace the views.

An excellent trip which was well managed and the team on the boat were excellent. We did the waterfall excursion and the drive into the Volcano which was very good and scenic (optional mud baths instead) and snorkelling ona very clear reef on the way back. Good music throughout with a DJ doing a great job of keeping the party vibe in full swing and staff team on the boat were fun and totally interactive with the guests. Nothing was too much trouble and the views on Marigot bay and the islands from the water was excellent. Safe, well run and a great day out, so highly recommended.
