Smooth, weightless experience, travelling with the wind, lifting off across the tree tops with the birds flying below you! Great professional crew. Enjoyed every minute with great start to a sunny Monday morning across the northern rivers country side, with a lovely breakfast finish ☑️

Wow, what a breathtaking experience. This is a MUST do adventure, floating peaceful up high with views to die for, an absolutely magical experience. I was blown away by how professional the team was and how the morning left me feeling, totally serene & joyous. Topped off w delicious breakie at Three Blue Ducks, what more could we ask for…..nothing.

One of the best experiences I’ve had, floating peacefully over spectacular scenery. I thought I would be terrified, but absolutely loved it and felt completely safe the whole time.
The staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and very professional.
I would highly recommend this activity.

Emi,Taylor and Richard provided a 10 out of 10 experience prodessional friendly staff from start to finish making the experience one my daughter and i will never forget,the weather was on our side, Sunrise was sensational we saw both the ocean and the mountains would highly recommend this experience

Emiliano, the pilot, and all ground staff provided a delightful experience floating above the Northern Rivers.
This was a family celebration and we were joined by additional family for breakfast.
The extremely disappointing thing was that the children I had booked and paid $20 per head for were not added to the booking sheet. The menu did not accommodate children. Emiliano did his best to make amends and the children were provided with food but not offered a drink.
PLUS describing a narrow for choice menu including a substandard bacon and egg burger and a small coffee as Gourmet is stretching things way short of my expectations., and certainly not worth the $30 extra I paid for my adult guests.

Geweldige crew, ondanks het vroege opstaan, direct gezellig en okay. Het varen was prachtig en heel veilig. Veel uitleg over het ballonvaren, en de afsluiting met heerlijk ontbijt was top. Vers gebakken brood. Tip: na de tijd even bij de farm lekkere lunch meenemen, echt super goed.

The company was terrible to deal with and was not accommodating at all the flexibility. Be careful booking as you maybe wasting your money as rescheduling is impossible. Not recommended and terrible service.

We strive to be as flexible as possible with our customers, and we typically allow changes to location and flight dates up to 72 hours prior to the flight. However, there are some cases where we may need to make exceptions to our policy, such as if there are weather or other extenuating circumstances.

The ballooning experience was lovely & calm. I get scared at heights & I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel nervous at all. I think it was because the take off was so gentle & once we were up I was curious about the scenery & how the pilot manoeuvred the balloon.It was a unique experience, looking at the farmlands, animals, houses, trees & birdlife from above. The pilot & ground staff were engaging & professional, would highly recommend this experience & Balloon Aloft.

You should ask the business directly . At the time, I had a pre-toddler and they had said no. The flames from the hot air balloon might scare them. Perhaps the height also. The other issue is their own height: if they are short they might not be able to see much ... I'd call the company and ask.
