The transfer was very good. Meet&Greet worked very well. Driver was very friendly. The stated water was not provided, I did not asked as I felt it should be given/offered without mentioned it. The return was also very good. I got contacted the day before and driver was well on time and very friendly, again no water or wifi.

Service was excellent. Price was competitive and possibly a bit less then some of the other services. I loved the fact that they gave you the opportunity to book both pick up at the airport to our resort and vice versa. The day prior to us leaving for the airport they reached out to us for pick up at our resort. Smooth and efficient. Jose our driver was friendly and right on time. We felt very safe even in the morning rush hour. Vehicle was spotless. We will definately use again and will recommend this service to our family and friends. I have already saved their contact for our next trip.

Jose, the greeter was very nice, kind and caring. He cared us until we get onto ride and scheduled & follow up for next ride to come back to airport.

Carlos and the team were fabulous!
They picked us up even though our flight was delayed and were very informative about DR and the possible trips they could help us with during our stay!
Sadly my husband got badly burnt on the first day, which meant we had to stay in the hotel despite wanting to go on the city tour and also a snorkeling trip.
The journey back was good, they picked us up and was a fast
and friendly service.
Thank you once again!

This could not be an easier or more pleasant experience. Our flight was delayed several times, but we were in touch by WhatsApp and he was incredibly patient. We were met by Carlos Raphael and Orlando, the super courteous driver. The car was clean, driving was safe, and the journey was quick. Carlos Raphael was a bonus as he was full of useful information about the area, our hotel, what to expect and where to exercise caution. All the kinds of useful insights that you want from a local, but delivered without any pushy sales pitch. We were in Punta Cana for downtime so didn't want to arrange anything, but Carlos Raphael still generously shared links and ideas later in case we changed our minds. We booked Orlando for the return trip and again, it was the smoothest possible hand off.

Can’t tell you how pleased we were with silky tours and Carlos in particular. The moment i landed and turned my phone on, they were calling to assure me they saw my flight got in early and we’re ready for us. Excellent communication and offering to help book anything further during our stay. I highly recommend them and glad I used them and saved money vs using the hotel transportation. Thx again Carlos!!!

Victor & Victor were exactly where they told me they would be. There was constant communication before and as soon as I landed. Victor met me and made sure I was safe. My sister flew in on a different flight. Victor walked the airport to find her and bring us together. I was very impressed. When it was time to return Victor was on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I highly recommend using them for your transportation needs while in the DR.
