Our guide was K and he is the perfect guide.
On time and very personable.
His knowledge of history and food made the time with him an incredible and enjoyable!

A must do for a foodie!
Cannot recommend this tour enough!! Do not eat prior to this tour as you will end up with more than enough food! Our guide Sam was very entertaining and knowledgeable about the foods and of the areas we were touring. Ate some classic English staples and sampled some more adventurous stuff too. Tour was at a great pace and our whole group really enjoyed it.

Fun, Tasty and Abundant Food tour!

Sam guided us on this tour that started with half an egg and bacon sandwich and moved on from there with pie, oyster and champagne, jellied eel and more. I think there were 9 tastes and drinks along the way--definitely come hungry! Sam was charming and gave great tidbits about history too. Even though I don't think of British food as the most tasty, I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend

Thanks for the lovely review. Sam said you were an absolute star and he too thoroughly enjoyed his time while being your tour guide. Here at 'London Food Tour' we just think that having those lovely Colchester oysters especially chosen for you guys with a glass of champagne is just an awesome combination & thank you so much for noticing this :) We can't wait to see you again soon on our other tour offerings :)

English food and history combined

This was a great way to integrate local/English history into the street foods in the Borough markets area, capped off by afternoon tea. Bonus siting of Bridget Jones residence. Sam was a great guide with an extremely engaging style. Don’t bother to book dinner after your tour, you won’t have space for it.

A Royal Taste Treat

We did the Royal Food tour in 2019 (sorry I'm so late and they made me say Oct. 2020 down below) and it was great. Our guide (I think his name was Kevin-all I remember is he said he was a flying monkey in Wicked) was wonderful. Not only did we have some great tastings but he was full of information. Such a nice guy and a nice way to spend the day. Highly recommend.

Great tour, wonderful guide!

This was such a fun, interesting and tasty tour, and our tour guide was so friendly, kind, knowledgable and fun. He took care of everything and made sure it all ran very smoothly. We tried lots of different food, all big portions and had a lot of fun. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

This tour did not disappoint. So happy to have had something organized to do on Christmas Eve Day. Kay greeted us with enthusiasm and maintained our interested from start to finish. Not only did he provide topnotch service and a wonderful explanation for why we were eating each food, he did an excellent job sharing the food’s history and the history of London with us throughout the day. And.... speaking of the food, it was indeed some of London’s best. The Borough Market alone was worth the trip!! Definite recommend.

One of our favorite things to do when visiting a new city is take a food tour and this one did not disappoint. Kay was a great host and full of lots of information.

Amazing tour!
It was my first ever food tasting tour and it didn’t disappoint. Our tour guide Kay was super knowledgeable and helpful. The way he presented the link between history and food was really captivating. It is recommended that you skip both breakfast and lunch because food is more than enough. Overall, a great way to experience London at its best!

Our guide Kevin Bond made this rainy day into a perfect London experience. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was more food than we could finish! Borough Market is highlight and we will return there another day to explore. We loved getting a handout of recommendations at the end of the tour. Great way to start a trip in London with an overview of history, sightseeing and food. I highly recommend this tour.
