Subito abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficoltà nella guida causa mare un poco mosso. Poi ci siamo divertite molto. Io non guidavo e facevo il passeggero di mia figlia. I ragazzi che ci hanno seguiti sono stati molto disponibili

Experiencia inolvidable. Atendimiento espectacular en la entrada por parte de las chicas y el monitor de las motos muy atento y divertido. Repetiremos seguro. Probaremos nuevas actividades.

We were given no instructions on how to use or control the jet ski, only “push to go” and hold the steering straight. Our guide left us to it, although the could see we were clearly struggling couldn’t keep up with the group and couldn’t control the jet skii. The guide sped off with the other couples, leaving us stranded and panicking in the middle of the sea unable to control the jet skii and unable to get back to the group. When we eventually caught up to the group we asked the guide if we could swap seats so my partner was no longer driving and I was, as we thought this may help as my partner was panicking. However once we swapped the guide did nothing but patronise me, (despite us feeling slightly safer with me as driver) telling me to hold the steering straight which would only cause the jet skii to veer off to one side. I tried to explain to the guide that we were scared and couldn’t get the jet skii to go in a straight line, it would constantly veer to one side. He couldn’t understand English so continued to tell me to “keep up” and “drive straight”. Eventually the guide caused me to feel totally unsafe, continuing to patronise me for being unable to control the jet skii when I was trying my best to gain some confidence after a scary start. The guide then began to mock me saying “lady don’t cry” as I began to panic as both me and my partner had tried to drive the jet skii at this point and neither of us could do it, causing us both to panic.
Eventually we were towed by the guide back to the boat that would then take us in. This experience was even more frightening than trying to control the jet skii ourselves as we were going so quickly and bouncing off waves causing us to nearly tip over and fall in multiple times. At several points we were crying screaming and the guide showed no care or sympathy and continued to power through the choppy waves.
When we eventually got to the boat the driver of the boat began mocking me yet again for crying, singing about me crying. Which was clearly not fitting for the situation, me and my partner left the jet skiis shaking and panicked.
We asked for a refund, or at least some sort of money back as we had no real time jet skiing or even enjoying ourselves. We got nothing back, just more people making us feel like we were the problem.
Wouldn’t recommend for people who have never jet skiing before, absolutely terrifying! And no help or even sympathy given!

Hoher Spaßfaktor!
Der Leiter der Tour war freundlich und man hatte Freiheit zum Fahren. Hat zwischendrin angehalten und auf langsamere Mitfahrer gewartet. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis :) Die gemachten Fotos waren noch am selben Abend per Email da. Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und organisiert.

Pésima experiencia. Nos hemos desplazado desde el norte de la isla, reservando dos dias antes via whatsapp, al llegar nos dicen que no existe ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre, solo una a otra hora y con diferente número de motos, nos tratan de buscar una solución pero sin ofrecer el mismo servicio ni el mismo horario. Una pérdida de tiempo. Bochornoso.

My 19 year old son and I booked a one hour jet ski safari through Tui.
The good
Good safety briefing and Very helpful , kind staff, reasonable priced pick up from los Gigantes (5 Euro).
Decent enough equipment (wet suit and life jacket) and jet ski itself.
The bad, poor facilities, no typists
Toilets except public toilets that charge 50c (would have been good to be told this in advance)
No shower, but they do have a hospipe you could use which pretty much did the job, although you couldn't obviously strip to use it and get all salt off you.
I mention these things because I've used west Tenerife based in los gigantes before and they had the above. For about the same price I believe.
The experience itself was a bit of a let down as it was very windy and rough. I don't think it was unsafe but not great for a novice. The guy who took us out was brilliant and Very helpful. I think if the conditions had been better the other bad points would have bothered me less. I fully accept the weather and sea state are beyond their control. Bearing all this in mind I've given them 3 stars which to me means all expectations met but not exceeded.

Also, we would like to thank you for your kind words towards us, the stuff of Watersports Tenerife team, in the office or out the sea, which means really a lot to us, knowing that we been kind or helpfull offering good customer service.
Our facilities, those which belong to us, the life jackets, wetsuits, the jet skis etc. are regulary checked and replace after certain time, but regretablly we do not got the permission of the harbour to construate as nor the other companies do, as the harbour offer´s public toilet´s and we nor agree we this. We apologize for the inconveniences this may caused.

First time I ever did water sports, had one of the best times of my life. Took part for one hour, next time I will do for 2.5 hours. I strongly recommend you give this a try.

I had the pleasure to use their sky jet twice in my last trip. They are friendly people who guide you and they are really reliable. It was an excellent experience for a great price. They also provide a lot of pictures at the end of the trip.
