It was cool. Be sure to wear old clothes, it's pretty dusty. Therefore also take glasses/sunglasses with you and a cloth to cover your mouth and nose as well as long pants, because the quad bike emits some hot air (but you don't necessarily have to, others had short pants on and no problems) We really drove a lot offroad. It didn't take long to get used to the quad, which makes you quickly feel more confident. In between we stopped and looked at different things, there was information and you could ask questions. Slower comrades were always waited for, so no one stayed behind.

Beautiful experience. Fun the path with the quad off the road in the middle of nature. Congratulations also to Guide Carmelo, prepared and unique in the explanations of the various points of interest. Thank you so much for everything, we will be back!

Me and my partner participated in the Grand Quad Tour in the Etna Park lasting 3.5 hours together with Alessandro. The meeting point, the Ragabo Refuge, is easy to reach and has free parking. Alessandro was an excellent Guide, precise but fun. The experience itself is a pure adrenaline rush and at the same time is enriching and fascinating on a naturalistic and historical level. Recommendation a bandana for any dust on the trail and sunglasses. The tour is spectacular and fully respected the description making us visit all the most important places and bringing back some interesting curiosities. Recommendation to anyone, congratulations!

Not as close to etna as I was hoping, but somthing I would happily do again,
Motocross goggles and a dust mask are a must and im disappointed they were not supplied,

Hi Phil,
Thank you for your review. We have written clearly that we arrive at 1800m on Mount Etna. Mount Etna is big over 1200km2, so 3 times the Island of Malta. It is clear that in a tour of 3,5 hours, you can't visit everything of Mount Etna. We have shown you all the highlights we mentioned in the tour:
- The Ragabo forest
- The Lava cave
- Different panoramic viewpoints
- Different old lava flows
And as you can see, we only have 5 star-reviews. So for sure, I think you didn't read well the tour description.
Also for the goggles and dusk mask, we don't provide them, it is true. It is not included in the tour, since it is not always necessary. Only in the dry periods when there is a lot of dust. Including them would mean asking always a higher price, which is not correct, since all our clients bring their own glasses and a scarf or facemask, like we suggest in our confirmation email. So also this point is more a bad preparation of your side (or you didn't read our suggestions well), and not something we didn't do or offer...
We have done everything we promise, like always. Quality is our middle name. So we thank you for the time you took to write this review, but we kindly advice you to take more time to read carefully before you make any booking, so you arrive well prepared and informed and you don't get disappointed again in the future. Thank you!

We had a great time, I would highly recommend this trip. We scheduled the Mt. Etna half day, we learned a lot about the volcano and was able to see many things during our adventure. Four wheeling was fun and we had a great guide. I would definitely plan this again when I return and will recommend to friends.

What a cool trip this was! We chose the 3.5 hour tour provided by our guide Alessandro. Solid, heavy quads (and they were needed!) and a very challenging route. Although the driving in itself was quite an experience, we also came to places that were particularly beautiful and incredibly impressive. You stop at different places; from lava caves to the old ski area that was destroyed by the lava flows of 2002. In short, it was truly fantastic! One of the highlights of our trip to Sicily.

We had a quote tour with Alessandro. Because other people had canceled, we had a private tour. Our friendly guide had a lot to tell us. He is truly an Etna expert. He showed us the most beautiful places and drove along nicely. You drive 90% off road. It was a great experience with good quality quats. Alessandro speaks good English. Definitely recommended to book a tour with Etna! We did this directly via their own website.
