Best experience!
Kostas’ tour was one of the highlights of our trip. His knowledge and story telling is phenomenal. He gave us a deep perspective of the history, culture and character of Santorini that we could not have gotten elsewhere. We did other tours and none compare. Do not miss this!

A Great Day with Kostas on Santorini
Our family of 5 (wife and I, 2 kids and mother in law) visited Santorini as part of a Royal Caribbean cruise.

Kostas picked us up promptly as soon as we reached the top of the cable car and off we went to see the island. Highlights included
an older less crowded village, a wonderful lunch in a family owned authentic taverna, a visit to a monastery at the second highest point on the island with a 360 degree view, and of course a stop in Oia.

He can customize the tour in any way your would like. Our day was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Kostas is a true gentleman and we loved learning about the history of the island and his own family history. His love of of Santorini shines through in every way throughout the tour!

Wonderful private tour

Kostas was a wonderful guide. There were 5 cruise ships in port on our tour day so the cable car line was crazy. (I didn’t want to ride a donkey and can’t climb that many steps (bad knees)). But waiting in line was so worth the end result. Kostas was patient and waited 2 hours for us. He took us to all the highlights. We loved the black sand beaches. The place he took us to lunch was fabulous. We had 4 “teens” with us between ages of 17-21 and 4 parents. We can’t say enough about Kostas. My husband said he was the best guide we had on the entire cruise. I fell in love with Santorini and hope to be back one day. I can’t recommend Kostas highly enough. Also he is a great photographer. Took many group photos of our family and friends.

Amazing Santorini, Amazing Kostas
If you want to see, enjoy and get to know Santorini for its history, beauty, picture-perfect sites and great local food, you have to go with Kostas. He was recommended by a fellow tour guide who had great reviews from travellers also but was already fully booked at the time of our communication. I emailed Kostas 2 months prior to our visit to Santorini and received very clear instructions from his colleague Nicoletta and an itinerary for our 5-hour tour which was tailored to our family’s liking and pace, and this covered Sanorini from North to South. Kostas was a very enthusiastic and passionate guide, as well as a very skilled driver, weaving through the narrow, winding roads of Santorini, and a great photographer likewise! Our private tour started at 4 in the afternoon because that was the remaining available slot, and it turned out to be perfect! There were far less tourists, the summer heat was not as scorching as in the morning and we had the opportunity to witness the sunset while overlooking the whole of Santorini. Visiting a place is a wonderful experience if its story is brought to life by a local who loves it. That’s what Kostas made of our Santorini experience.

Get the best tour is Santorini with Kostas !!
Our private tour is Santorini was made extra special by our tour guide Kostas . He tailored our tour to what we wanted to do without missing highlights of what to see and do in Santorini . He is a lovely person , kind and knowledgeable as he is a true native of Santorini !! He also takes great pictures which was a huge bonus to us . We had a great tour with him and would recommend him wholeheartedly!!

A day of fully surpassed expectations!

We were a small group of 4 so everyone may have had a different favorite. I personally enjoyed every aspect of the tour and that includes the restaurant and lunch that Kostas recommended. Kostas is a very knowledgeable tour guide, professional and polished, and very engaging. Impossible to not like him! I would unconditionally recommend his services; you will not be disappointed.

Nicoletta and Kostas - thank you for arranging an amazing tour of Santorini for me and my group! It was everything we expected and more! We had a group of 6 adults and spent a delightful day with Kostas. We all throughly enjoyed his knowledge of both the history of the Island and the prehistoric village. The scenery was outstanding as was the village of Oia. Thanks Kostas for a great day!

Great Tour

Kostas was an amazing tour guide, and I couldn't be happier that I did this tour. His communication was excellent when we ended up in different pick up spots, the tour was flexible so I could see what I wanted to see/spend more time in certain places, and also included a little bit of free time to wander as I wished. (Also was introduced to an amazing ice cream/sorbet place in Oia, called Lolitas, I highly recommend a stop there)

The amount of history that Kostas knows is incredible, and he has pictures for historical sites as well, which really helps to bring things to life.

Overall, if you're wanting an overview in the island by a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, Kostas is your guy.

Best Guide in Santorini!
Kostas is hands down the best guide, driver, and conversationalist we have had over many years of travel. He is a true renaissance man with education and practice in archaeology, art, enology, photography, and of course humanism. He was flexible with our itinerary based on what we were most interested in while lending his expertise to making recommendations for prioritization. Professionalism combined with personal touches and his story! He took a limited amount of time due to delays in cruise debarkation and turned it into the best afternoon of a three week trip. If coming to Santorini you must (attempt to) hire Kostas for a tour or two!
