当日、電話で予約し参加しましたが ガイドのイゴールもとても親切で オーロラを鑑賞できました。 暖かい小屋で休むこともでき、 後日写真も送られてきて大満足です！ 是非また参加したいです。

Santa Claus Village Is a magical experience for both adults and children. It looks even more magical in the dark and well worth the effort to get there. You can stay there or in the nearby town of Rovaniemi

Le plus gros piège à touristes de Finlande… nordic unique travel fait payer en moyenne 100 euros par personne pour cette activité… sachez que le village du père Noël est entièrement GRATUIT…la grosse arnaque…c’est un centre commercial à ciel ouvert… chaque maison est une boutique à souvenirs ou un restaurant.. et la maison du père Noël est une très très longue file d’attente sans aucune animation… 20 secondes avec papa Noël, deux photos, une vidéo 50€ .. bien entendu, pas le droit de prendre des photos persos .. une grosse déception et une belle arnaque

This is a scam…
The tour includes a 5 minute walkthrough of the village (which is free to walk through by the way) which was underwhelming at most. Transport to and from the village was also average, we waited outside over an hour longer than the negotiated time for them to pick us up (in the freezing cold).
This is not a visit I recommend investing $126 AUD into, you are better off Ubering/ taxiing for a better, cheaper experience.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It full of fake service. No 4 hours, just 5 minutes walk from one house to other which is free of charge anyway. Igor is not available to answer anymore.

It was biggest fake as I have experienced. First we booked Santa Claus Village Tour from Trip Advisor (1 family for 370 eur). Later when we reached to the Santa Claus village we found all these services are free of charge. They asked to we want to get delivery from hotel to Santa Claus village we told we are by our own car. Then after long hunting we met with Igor front of postal office. He spent 10 minutes with us, promised in offer 4 hours round trip and then he was gone. 10 minutes and 370 eur for service that is anyway free of charge is fraud.

Passagem obrigatória para famílias com filhos.
Todas as atividades tem fila pelo que aconselhamos compra prévia das atividades (renas, Huskies, moto neve…)
Filas para restaurantes, para atividades para TUDO. Temos que ir com paciência ;)
Mas é sem dúvida uma atividade a realizar com as crianças. Não substitui o Santa Klaus Parque.
Todas as atividades tem fila pelo que aconselhamos compra prévia das atividades (renas, Huskies, moto neve…)
Filas para restaurantes, para atividades para TUDO. Temos que ir com paciência ;)
Mas é sem dúvida uma atividade a realizar com as crianças. Não substitui o Santa Klaus Parque.

Moment Féerique et magique une visite très bien géré par notre guide Alexandra très avenante et sympa qui nous à donné plein astuces et choses à voir ainsi que l’histoire du village .

Non si può andare a Rovaniemi se stai nella Lapponia finlandese, a maggio ragione se hai dei bambini. Atmosfera magica, di sera è tutto illuminato e, oltre a vedere Babbo Natale, la moglie di Babbo Natale puoi anche fare un'escursione sulla slitta trainata dalle renne. Certo come ti muovi spendi, ma fa parte del gioco.

Santa Claus Village is a magic place where your family can meet Santa. From our experience, the tour is much more magical with a local guide. Very nice and professionally done tour, and we recommend it to everybody!

Both me and my fiancé loved our tour!
Not only did Igor give us all the information we wanted but he went above and beyond and really gave us some memories to take back with us!
Santa's Village was great and we both agreed it was a place to come back with some little ones in the future!
We even got to ride on Santa's reindeers.
He then to our surprise took us to some absolutely stunning spots around Rovaniemi, and showed us a few of his favourite spots, tying them together with some funny anecdotes and showed us a bit of the local life.
Great experience and would definitely recommend!
