I recently did a full day French Riviera driving tour with Leo deparitng from Cannes this week. Leo was so unprofessional from the start. He arrived and had a filthy car seat which he immediately and curtly said he is not responsible for and for us to install. He ranted forever before we finally interrupted him that we had our own car seat that we would be using for our baby. Leo drove as though he had a death wish. I am surprised that the brakes even work on the van at this point. He floored the van constantly in gridlock traffic, passed cars on windy road with no visibility ahead. This was after telling how dangerous this specific road was that Princess Grace had died on. He tailed cars ahead, exhibited road rage, and drove like a complete maniac while our family and baby were in the car. I have never been more terrified as a passenger. Leo jammed brakes constantly and my son's toys and our belongings (phones, cameras, etc.) constantly hit the floor during the ride. The ride was so choppy that my baby vomited in the backseat on the way back to Cannes. Upon returning to our hotel, lazy Leo did not even bother to drop us off in front as it was inconvenient to him. He made up a pitifully untrue excuse that there were no spaces in front of the hotel so he had to drop us across the street instead of making a u-turn and dropping us (our baby, car seat, stroller and souvenirs for the day) where he picked us up. While we were relieved to finally get out of the car with this lunatic I did snap a picture before we got out showing that there were indeed spaces infront, he just did not want to sit in stand still traffic and make the u-turn back to our hotel.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback which helps us to improve.
Leo is a very experienced guide and has been appreciated by the vast majority of our clients for years. I take your comments into consideration but I wonder about the fact that Leo was not aware of any of your complaints the same day including the child's vomit (which usually smells strong) especially since you were the only clients and Leo was able to manage your tour as a private tour and even add places not included in your tour. His behavior was never nervous considering his advanced age and it would have been nice if you had let him know.

We had a great time exploring the French Riviera. Our tour guide was very informative and patient.
This is the ideal activity if you want to visit numerous places in one day.
There is a lot of walking involved at some of the stops, so make sure you wear comfortable footwear.

Brett was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He arrived on time to pick us up at our pier. We enjoyed having him show us the sites of Monaco and outlining areas such as Nice & Cannes. He was a very qualified tour guide and an excellent driver as well. I recommend him to any future traveler to Monaco.
