A lovely day for a paddle.

What a fantastic way to see the beautiful river on a warm sunny day. The tour guides were lovely and made it all very easy, even if you are a complete beginner.

A great afternoon out on the water! Took a group of teens for a birthday and they had great fun.

Georgia and Gui were fantastic guides and I think they enjoyed it as much as we did.

Excellent activity to view our beautiful city.

Fantastic, easy evening out for locals to enjoy the Brisbane River

We really enjoyed our twilight kayak. It wasn't too strenuous and the instructors Liz & Sophie were fantastic. They were both aware that not everyone is experienced and guided up the whole time and with absolute fantastic humour. We kayaked up to the Storey Bridge passing the all the city lights then back again. The wake from the City Cats brought a sense of adventure on the calm waters. After we had a wine and cheese platter which extended our experience that little bit further. Great atmosphere for 2 locals looking to do something a bit fun on a Saturday evening. Our initial conversations with the RiverLife staff over the phone to book etc were a little blunt and unhelpful which worried me a little though once I stepped in the door, Liz's Irish humour gave me great vibes. Definitely recommend it. Hoping to do something again with RiverLife again soon.

Excellent

The experience was great. Wasn’t too physically demanding but still good enough workout 😀. The water temperature, the weather (not perfect but accomodating) and a very reliable instructor made it excellent. Amelia (our instructor) was very good in guiding us. She kept a safety eye on all of us yet allowed us to have a fun time by ourselves by letting us kayak a little farther when safe to do so.

A fun, new experience on the river (with the help of some great people)!

Had a fantastic experience kayaking (for the first time ever) on the Brisbane River. Our guide and instructor, Matt, was particularly excellent in helping everyone out with the safety and basic techniques of kayaking. Thank you to Matt for being patient, helpful, and a good guy to chat with. Also, thanks to Julian for helping us out in the shop and for the positive vibes in the morning. No previous experience needed, and only a 1/10 chance of falling over (which I didn’t)! We kayaked west towards Southbank due to the current that morning. Snapped a few good pics on the way, with the CBD in the background. Fair warning, while the experience was great, you will be a bit tired after haha! Will most likely try another experience next time I’m around!

One with Brisbane’s river

Being on the water just me and the river with beautiful scenes of Brisbane all around was simply wonderful. I would do it again in heartbeat! My tip would be to pay attention to the instructions especially for first timers like me, it made it easy in the kayak.
