Wonderful tour! Our guide Mike - the best guide - was very knowledgeable about all New Zealand topics. He was an outstanding driver, some roads were very curvy and unpaved - he was a master! Mike was also very helpful with anything that we asked about. I enjoyed every place we visited, especially Poppies, Martinsborough town, the coast where we saw seals, and the Brac and Bow where they had the best lamb I’ve ever had in my life! Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful, except for the person at the cheese shop, C’est Cheese in Featherton. She was not very helpful at all, and the cheese tasting consisted of only one very tiny piece of Gouda. The cheese was good and I bought some, but I would have like to taste the others that they made. Another customer came in to ask if the shop had cheese scones and her response seemed very abrupt and rude. Quite out of character for New Zealand. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour!

Noted re: C'est Cheese. Tastings are not open to the general public and a visit there is subject to availability. It is a wonderful little spot to visit when we can.

We enjoyed a perfect day with Phil enjoying cheese, chocolate, wine and a fantastic lunch. Followed by sightseeing and Phil's extensive local knowledge. The tour showcases local food, wine and scenery.. it was our second tour in 3 days with Zozo and would recommend them to everyone.

Best day in North Island! A full day with loads of stops including a great wine tasting with lunch, and dinner in a wonderful hotel. Highlights were, cheese shop tasting, chocolate tasting, indigenous forest walk, fur seals and lighthouse. Our guide Phil was very knowledgeable and made a long day really interesting and enjoyable. Great value and highly recommended.

We can’t thank Zozo tours enough for this wonderful experience, Phil our tour guide was very informative in every aspect and his knowledge of the area outstanding. Phil stopped at numerous locations throughout the tour for us to capture the amazing scenery. We had an excellent lunch with wine tasting, stopped at a local cheese shop and chocolate shop where we could taste the delicacies. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour you will not be disappointed.

This tour was a condensed version of what would otherwise be an equally amazing 3D2N (I reckon?) experience. We got to touch-and-go national parks, drive-through quaint quiet but beautiful small towns, visit a boutique winery and stop for lunch + tasting, get to the cape for amazing views, and end off with a lovely dinner.
Coastal views were incredible - as Phil said in passing "I've been told Wellington is like Tasmania on steroids." I haven't been to Tasmania but came from Melbourne and can attest that the scenery was everything I was looking forward to and more.
Phil's commentary and wit also added so much value to the tour. Very knowledgeable, passionate, definitely the guy you want to take you on a whirlwind tour of this windy city.
Coastal views were incredible - as Phil said in passing "I've been told Wellington is like Tasmania on steroids." I haven't been to Tasmania but came from Melbourne and can attest that the scenery was everything I was looking forward to and more.

The tour gave you a taste of the best of the Wairarapa coast from wine, chocolate, seal colony to the stunning views of Cape Pallister & bay. Michael was also a fab host who was able to share his insight about the area and have fun along the way. Look forward to coming back to see more. Diolch

Phil was so easy and professional to deal with...we had to customize and he was very helpful and flexible. The tour was perfect for us. Beautiful scenery and route. Great cheeses at C'est Cheese. Lunch at Poppies was a dream. Wines impressive. Phil is really knowledgeable experienced and we enjoyed his company.
