Booked this in for me and my husband and it was shocking! There were only 4 of us on the boat, the live music was a man playing an accordion and the food was cold! We didn’t eat any of it as it was only warm not hot and we feared having food poisoning. It was also cold on the boat. It was absolutely rubbish and don’t want anyone wasting their money!

The trip was very nice.....a bit cold at this time of the year. Boat was warm and with very kind personel. Food vas tastefull and plenty of it. Nice live accordian music, but not to loud so we could talk to each other.

Most staff were lovely however one younger male who was very rude towards us visitors. We were supposed to get a free drink with this cruise however that didn’t happen which we thought we’d let go, however when he brought over the bill it was way more than what 4 drinks should cost from their menu, we asked for a receipt to see why it was so much and he said no. The people next to us had discrepancies with their total bill too which the man then became very angry began to shout at the visitors and made a gesture of a punch when he walked away. The cruise was also stopped in between 2 walls for over an hour out of the 2 (no understanding as to why) so we barely got to move on the river before we turned around and was back at the dock

On line description/photos are deceiving. The vessel was old, run-down and very outdated. Restrooms needed a good scrubbing and some repairs. The young man taking tickets looked as though he hadn't showered or washed his long hair in quite some time. The lack of cleanliness made us hesitant to even partake of the buffet. The items we did try were just "ok" and the food that should have been hot, was served lukewarm. The "welcome" drink was a mere half shot and the remaining beverages must be purchased at a higher than normal cost.
If we were to do it again, we would definitely try another company, regardless of the cost. In addition, if you are interested in a cruise at sunset or later. Be sure to book your departure time after 8:30pm.

The photos advertised for the boat are a lot more modern and clean then the boat actually is. the buffet styled dinner wasn’t great, not a lot of options for food. and a very long black hair was found in the potato dish in the buffet. It was stuck in the potatoe, as if it was cooked with them.
the music wasn’t great. background band played on speaker while a man played an out of tune guitar and frequently missed notes. and if you want to sit on top of the boat outside, be prepared to carry your plate of food up a very narrow steep stairway, which is awkward to walk up while holding onto the banister, so incredibly awkward while trying to carry food.
(had to go get dinner somewhere else after)
also there’s no normal sized plates, there is only side plates.

would of gladly paid a bit more to go on ANY other dinner cruise. and this was a budget holiday, but still would of paid more.

Nous avons payer 1250 couronnes tchèques pour ce qu’ils appellent un dîner croisière.
Mettons les choses dans l’ordre :
Points positif :
* le « taxi » qui est au final un bus est venu nous chercher et nous ramener à notre hôtel. De surcroît il était sympathique et souriant.
* la guide qui traduisais en anglais français nous a bien fait visiter Prague et ses alentours. Celle ci était aussi sympathique.
Point négatif:
* le bateau ... sale et petit.
* toilette très sale et vétuste avec des odeurs des plus agréable (ironie bien évidemment)..
*l’ambiance : guinguette, le musiciens assez sympathique jusqu’à ce qu’on se rende compte qu’il était complètement saoul. Musique très forte difficile de s’entendre.
* les tables : pas de table individuelle obliger de partager sa table cela faisait très cantine.
* le bateau était surchauffé bouffer de chaleurs assuré..
* LE REPAS : je crois qu’on ne pouvait pas faire pire. Pâtes bourré d’huile, poisson pané, poulet sans aucun goût, frite gorgée d’huile, vulgaire jambonneau. D’autre part le bateau étant assez pleins nous devions faire la queue pour nous servir comment vous dire que les derniers auraient mangé que les os qu’il restait.
De plus ARNAQUE aucune boissons de comprise dans le Tarif même la simple bouteille d’eau.
*Balade de 3h d’un ennuie la première heure sa va la deuxième est longue là troisième est d’un ennuie..
*les vue : la nuit on a rien vu d’exceptionnelle hormis le reflet de la lumière intérieure sur les vitres du bateau et le fait de rester bien 30-45 minutes accrocher à un autre bateau (lui aussi pleins) et de l’autre côté avec vu sur un mur de 4m de haut...
Cette « croisière » où devrai je dire « cantine sur l’eau » est sans aucuns intérêt. Repas de piètre qualité. Ceci est un attrape touristes. Je vous le déconseille vivement.

Hi .. what time tonight please and from where do we go to book it ? We will be using metro to come there
Hej! Jag o en väninna ska åka till Prag om ett par dagar. Måste man boka plats i förväg för att kunna åka med på båtturen? Eller kan man köpa biljett samma dag ....t ex i hamnen eller på båten ? Eftersom man inte vet hur vädret kommer bli så vill vi inte boka flera dagar i förväg. Mvh Anneli
