Ich habe diesen kurzen Trip in die Berge sehr genossen. Ich war alleine mit meinem Führer Omar unterwegs, sehr privat also. Sehr schöne Landschaften, interessante Gespräche und ziemlich viel Wandern (wobei ich noch mehr bevorzugen würde). Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass man in ein sehr touristisches Restaurant in Imlil für das Mittagessen geführt wird und erst später zum Bezahlen aufgefordert wird. Ich hätte mir hier bessere Absprache gewünscht bzw. mehr Lokales als Touristisches. Ansonsten - Top!

Es war fast alles anders als in der Beschreibung.
Wir mussten einen ganzen Tag inkl. Übernachtung in Imlil warten bis wir loswanderten. Wir folgten weder der angegebenen Route, noch hatten wir ein Maultier. Da war kein Hamam, kein Besuch bei einer Berberfamilie und am Schluss wurden wir nicht mehr beim Hotel abgesetzt sondern irgendwo in der Altstadt und mussten noch ein Taxi nehmen.
Es lag nicht am Guide, dieser war freundlich und kompetent, die Organisation war einfach nicht gut.

Expérience inoubliable grâce à l'accueil de ses habitants et la beauté des paysages .
Nous avons été reçus chaleureusement par les villageois et les hôtes. Le parcours au travers des villages berberes est très bien pensé. L'immersion est totale et la découverte des traditions berberes très enrichissante .
La nourriture est excellente, les chambres sobres mais propres.
Nous avons pu choisir la difficulté des randonnees grâce au guide Mohamed qui s'est montré très attentif à notre sécurité et bien organisé dans le déroulement du programme.
Cependant nous sommes restés un peu frustrés par son attitude quelque peu distante et froide par rapport à nous. . Nous attendions un peu plus de chaleur et d'echanges, à l'image de tous les gens du pays . Donc petits progrès à faire de ce côté là !
Pour les recommandations, ne pas oublier de se couvrir très chaudement et s'équiper de chaussures et vêtements de montagne. Il peut faire très froid . Nous avons eu de la neige.
Le terme de "3 vallées "n'est pas approprié puisque nous n'en avons fait que 2 : Imlil et Imlane . Ou se trouve la 3eme ?
Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à contacter l'agence organisatrice, la veille du départ. Le numéro de téléphone ne répondait pas et la veille au soir, nous ne connaissions toujours pas le lieu du RDV .
Malgré ces difficultés, nous avons passé 3 jours de rêve et recommandons ce circuit.

The climb to the summit of Mount Tawdja and the picnic near the top was the highlight. Mohamed Bowajamor was a very capable and helpful guide, brought me to all the best places

It was a nice Hike and oppertunity to visit the Atlasmountains. The landscape was amazing. One of the highlights of the hole Marokko Trip.
Our Guide was very nice and explained a lot about the area and culture.
But our first day was diffrent then expected. We did the program of the one day Trip and even less. We drove to Imlil, did a small walk for about 1h and after lunch they droped us to the guesthouse and then there was no more information. We spended the hole afternoon in the guesthouse without knowing what will happen next. After dinner around 9pm our Guide arrived to explain us about the next day.
This was a bit annoying.
Our Guide was very nice and explained a lot about the area and culture.

We drove to Imlil, did a small walk for about 1h and after lunch they droped us to the guesthouse and then there was no more information. It was a very unique and thrilling journey through the High Atlas. I went solo and was eventually paired another solo traveler and of course our guide, Muhammed, who was very knowledgeable and considerate to check in many times along the way. He was flexible with the schedule and he would recommend how to traverse the valleys but the choice is ultimately up to you. The hike is at times strenuous, and it’s ideal to be in good physical shape and have proper hiking shoes (I did not). But overall the High Atlas is absolutely worth visiting, and for the full experience, I strongly recommend going for at least 3 days.

We had a wonderful hike. Driss, as our guide, gave us great insight into life in the Atlas Mountains. His calm and kind demeanor was very pleasant. We can only recommend him as a guide. Accommodation and food were perfect, the tea breaks were also very good. The hike through the Atlas Mountains was our highlight in Morocco. Thanks very much!

Wir haben den 3 Tages Trip spontan gebucht. Bereits in den ersten Stunden konnten wir feststellen, das der Ablauf nicht zu dem beschriebenen gepasst hat. Wir wurden bei einer ein Tages Tour mitgenommen. Wir sind wenig gewandert, dennoch war erste Tag in Ordnung.
Nach unsere ersten Nacht in einem Gasthaus haben wir einen neuen Guide zugeteilt bekommen. Mohammed hat uns in der Berge geführt. Er war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke nochmal für die schöne Tour. Diese hat auf die Beschreibung gepasst und unsere Vorstellung von dem Trip mehr als erfüllt. Die Tour an sich ist mit einem Guide empfehlenswert, da man einen besseren Einblick in die Einheimischen Berber Dörfer bekommt.
Sie ist besonders geeignet für Natur-, und Wanderfreunde und bietet einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick.

Wir haben 3 sehr schöne Tage im Atlas Gebirge verbracht. Die Anreise von Marrakech aus ist sehr unkompliziert, da man am Hotel abgeholt wird. Die Reise ist gut organisiert - die Unterkünfte bieten Komfort und geben dennoch Einblicke in das Leben der Menschen vor Ort. Unser Guide Mohammed Bowajamour hat uns sehr gut durch die schönen Landschaften des Atlas geführt.

We booked the tour thinking that it would stick to the description...
On the first day we did not do what was on schedule and instead we were taken for a short walk around the valley.. We were told that the group left before since we were late, we were on time ready to depart in the morning.
On the second day, when we were supposed to start our walk we got stomach sick and after waiting for hours to start our trek we decided to give up and return to Marrakesh. They kindly arranged the taxi back to Marrakesh and we were told that somebody would call us the same day for a refund... Nobody contacted us and after sending a mail I have not received any response either or any refund.

Planning a trip to Morocco in December. Will there be snow in the Atlas mountains the first week of December? How would trekking be at that time of year?

Yes - but there is unlikley to be any below 3000m where people live. February\March up to 2m down to 2000m, closing roads to high Atlas villages.
