Sortie à faire pour connaitre l'histoire du Sénégal

Très belle sortie, mélange de la visite de Dakar (un peu rapide et tout en bus) et de l'ile de Gorée qui raconte très bien l'histoire du Sénégal

Abdul was a phenomenal host! He and Pop picked us up in Saly after we made a last minute reservation that he was unaware of. When our hotel called him, he told me that he'd be there to pick us up in an hour. We drove to Dakar where Abdul gave us a good bit of history and pointed out many of the government buildings before we went to the port for the ferry over to Goree Island. While we were waiting on the ferry a torrential downpour began and we had to wait about an hour before we could resume. Abdul never wavered in making sure that we were able to do everything that we had set out to do even though it went way past their normal operating time. We thoroughly appreciated his time with us, his expertise on Senegal and the history that surrounds this area, good and ugly. We would certainly book with Diallo Tours Services again.

Don't recommend this man and the tour was okay because I payed him and also payed every ticket counter .

It was okay, he showed me around, and gave me a tour of some nice restaurants and beaches but he clearly gets a commission for all these gift shops he kept pressuring me to shop at because he one time told me "you have to support these people because they don't have much money"

Alpha also asked me to book him again but off of the site and he up charged me and that rubbed me the wrong way . Honestly just find a reputable tour company or just ask your hotel staff for a recommended tour guide .

I payed Alpha and his friend but I really could have did everything myself because every place he took me to had a ticket booth and another tour guide. Lesson learned and everyone should just use google and find their own personal taxi cab.

Sorry to hear this mishappening with the guide Alpha but this seems to be a personal problem with Alpha and this has nothing to do with our tour company. First we noticed you didn't book this tour with our company.On Jul 23 there was no tour that was operated by our company. Alpha is not part of our tour company. He is a free lance tour guide.We just use him from time to time under our control. Since you arranged your tour directly with Alpha you should put your review somewhere but not on our tripadvisor review page. Thank you.

I never thought that I would like Dakar that much with some nice people and relatively good products sold in the market. Goree Island is a place of great history; a must must visit.

Goree island. Monsieur Diallo knew every vendor there, and he was able to help us negotiate prices.
I contacted Diallo Tours from Trip Advisors and I have to say they didn’t not disappoint. Monsieur Diallo was efficient communicating ahead of time on WhatsApp, he was responsive and efficient. He picked us up from the airport and for the 4 days we hired his company to give us a tour of the city, visit Goree Island and take us to various places in Dakar. He was very pleasant at all times, very informative, suggested good places to eat and hang out. We are very thankful. I recommend Diallo Tours for anyone going to Dakar and searching for a tour company.

UNE VISITE INOUBLIABLE

La visite de l'ile de Gorée représente une partie l'histoire Sénégalaise. C'est un moment bien agréable de monter sur la colline par les petites rues puis de déjeuner sur un restaurant de la grande place.
Il faut ensuite revenir au centre de Dakar, se promener dans les rues, parler avec les gens ceci restera un moment mémorable. de ce pays qu'il faut connaitre.
