I did this tour with Josué and he was delightful! He provided a very clear and informative list of items the day before so I was able to be prepared for the full day of excursions.
Definitely would recommend wearing sneakers for Cafe Albania and be ready for lots of pictures and a rush of adrenaline from the complementary bicycle zipline included within the price. Josué also helped me navigate the town of Ataco and took me around the markets to buy some souvenirs. He even was able to show me how some of the items were handwoven in real time in the back of one shop.
The hot springs were amazing! After the mud treatment and sauna, I was free to explore the different pools for a couple of hours. I recommend bringing a change of clothes, your own towel (as they don’t provide one), and something comfortable to walk on the hot side walks! Josuè was there every step of the way and provided a lot of information around El Salvador’s currency, education, and healthcare. Traveling solo I felt 100% safe and enjoyed each activity! Would recommend this tour to everyone!

This is a great trip for anyone visiting El Salvador, even those who have visited several times before (like me). Diego was very informative and was able to answer questions about the country’s history that I’ve been wondering for years. He is a very enthusiastic and friendly tour guide so make sure to request him when you book!
Albania Cafe was very fun and thrilling (the rainbow slide was worth the hype and the labyrinth was challenging + the beverages at the cafe were delicious)
The short tour of Ataco town was a live history lesson of injustice, survival, and indigenous resistance. The souvenir shop we stopped at was super cool and had a great variety of items.
The hot springs were the perfect way to end the day after all the walking. The mud bath is worth it and I regret being too scared to cover all my limbs with mud. Diego was right and he was of great guidance letting us know what to expect and what to do. My arms and face were left smooth! I recommend doing the mud bath before entering the hot springs so you can get rid of all the excess mud and residue.

We had a great experience thanks to our tour guide Diego! We were contacted the day before our tour with all the necessary details for the day ahead. He joined us for all activities and was very open to answering all our questions. He was very helpful and forthcoming; plus we got to learn so much about El Salvador.

Would highly recommend. You get a bit of everything. Gabby was our guide and she was absolutely amazing! It is 2 hours from the city so definitely a full day commitment if your staying in San Salvadore.

This tour is hands down amazing and 10/10! It felt very private and intimate. I had the pleasure of having Gaby as my tour guide and there was one other person purchased the tour as well. Gaby is so kind and makes you feel comfortable and at home. She is very knowledgeable about the history of El Salvador. She was very helpful with translating for me as I don’t speak Spanish but she was kind to assist. Everything was perfect and didn’t feel rushed at all. Honestly, I would do this again (as long as I get Gaby)!

We had an early start to our tour day and we are thankful for Diego driving and being our tour guide. It was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the views of the mountains and the little towns we drove through without the stress of having to drive ourselves. Diego is a wealth of knowledge with the history of San Salvador as well as the history of the country. We were impressed with the knowledge he has for being such a young age. He also explained our tour stops in detail and what we were to expect on our arrival and during our stay at each destination.
Cafe Albania gets the adrenaline going and the heart racing! If you like a little adventure definitely make this a stop. My husband did the slide which is A LOT longer than it I initially looks. I did the bicycle Zipline 😳It was scarier in person than it looks on all of the videos I watched 😂the views though were amazing!
Santa Teresa hot springs and the mud bath was a good way to end the tour and to relax with lunch before the long drive back to San Salvador.

10/10! My tour guide was Gaby and she was very knowledgeable and kind the entire trip!!!!! Was not rushed at all, she was on time with pickup offered as well. Will def be booking again the next time I come down to El Salvador!!!!!

I booked this tour last minute as my original tour got canceled with a different company and I am so glad they didn't cancel this one even though I was THE only person - for that reason alone, I'd rank this company very high.
Diego was my guide and since it was just us, felt like two buddies traveling together. He was polite, professional, and acted as my personal photographer which was very much appreciative. We also had some great conversations throughout the trip.
The itinerary was pretty fun as well with a mix of history, culture, and adventure. Highly recommend.
