Een uitmuntend Aziatisch seafood buffet , extreem veel keus, 9 cooking stations, incl lobster en crab. In een woord geweldig en speciaal ook door de speciale en zeer attente service van LEO en YUDI 😘. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug begin volgende week en zeker ook een aanrader voor iedereen die in Dubai komt

Excellent buffet with live counters for Asian, Indian, Continental, Sushi-Sashimi, Seafood. All of the food was excellent but the highlight was the dessert spread 😍. My kids really enjoyed the food and more the desserts. Variety of cakes, eclairs, mousse and ice creams, fondue was laid out beautifully. I had booked the dinner for my husband's birthday and they made it so special with customised mini cake and birthday song. Thanks to Romel & Birshal we were well taken care of from the seating till we left. Thanks to the whole team for the amazing experience.

When booking the hotel Atlantis the Palm we made it clear that both children were neurodivergent (autism spectrum condition) therefore eating in busy chaotic spaces would be next to impossible and we would attempt to limit their exposure as far as possible.
All fine…
Until I tried to take them some breakfast pastries so they could have them in peace in the bedroom.
It totally depended from day to day which member of staff was happy to help with getting you a box so you could transport the pastry upstairs.
This morning was particularly unpleasant from having asked 3 times and being told ‘no’ with a passive aggressive grimace to eventually a box coming and being thrown by one waiter onto a serving table at another waiter. I retrieved the box was questioned what I was taking, whilst other guests were staring.
All in all not the experience you expect when dealing with a sensitive and reasonable request to assist guests with hidden disabilities.
Some training on neurodiversity and person centred experiences would go a long way in differentiating the guest experience.

We went to Saffron at Atlantis for my Birthday, a surprise treat from my wife. The choice of menus were amazing- good quality food and authentic taste. They had a wide variety of dishes and a large display of desserts.
The staff were very friendly and very accommodating, always with a big smile on their faces.
I got a delicious surprise cake, and a very special dish prepared by a talented chef named Hansaka to make my night even more special. Good Job everyone at Saffron and good Job chef Hansaka. Keep up the good work.

Saffron restaurant at Atlantis is very good. I would like to express my special thanks to Rajesh for his help.
However, it would be much better, if they include the freshly squizzed juices into the buffet.
I'm very grateful, that they kindly followed my request and provided us some delicious fresh orange juice. Extending my appreciation to their supervisor, who was there on 2/12/2022 during the breakfast time.

Excellent buffet with choices from multiple Asian countries. Tasty and great service.. Especially Cheers to Yudi who took care throughout. Keep up the good work. Also three cheers to the front desk receptionists. They are friendly, warm and welcoming.

From the moment you walk in to the restaurant, the service from all the staff is exceptional.
The choice available is vast. They cater for all tastes. Every evening has a theme so even if you eat at the restaurant every evening, there will always be something new to try.
Food here is so good that it is very easy to over eat.
During our first night at Saffron, the manager came up to talk to us. It was just a general chat about how everything was. During our chat, I mentioned that I would like a certain dessert. He went to the kitchen had a word with the chef, and within 15 minutes had brought out the dessert. Now that is going above and beyond normal service and deserves a huge thanks.
