First of all there’s no way we would have enjoyed this tour as much as we did without our tour guide Juan D. He spoke great English and was so professional and very knowledgeable of the sites. He always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He never rushed us. This tour covered a lot. I’m definitely glad we did it to get to know the country better.

The entire experience was great but the best part was our guide Juan Duke’He was very informative polite, and made sure that we enjoyed our selves. Second I would have to say Guatpe’! The view was amazing and the journey to the top is well worth it! There was food and drinks it was great!

Wow! That is all I have to say about this tour. It is a must when you come to Medellin. Christian was a great host and very knowledgeable about everything on the tour. I have been fascinated about Columbia and Pablo Escobar since the mid 80’s. It was so cool to see things that I have seen on tv many times. Guatapé is absolutely breathtaking as is La Peidra - definitely do the 6 minute helicopter ride. I would rate this tour 6 stars if I could.

We had a group of 7 in a private tour with Silvio and “the white beast” (his van). Our experience could not have been any better! I would highly recommend Silvio and this experience to anyone and everyone!! He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He also helped us with recommendations for the remainder of our stay. His English was perfect and he had a great sense of humor.
On top of it all, a member of our group was celebrating their birthday and Silvio went above and beyond and even set up a little surprise with a cake and balloons for her at a local shop!
I don’t think I can say enough kind words for how awesome our experience with Silvio was! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!!

What a way to start off a trip! Our guide, Silvio, made the entire trip worth it. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and everything you would want from a tour guide. He went ABOVE and BEYOND what we expected. The Pablo Escobar Tour was very cool, especially if you've watched the Netflix show Narcos. La Catedral provides a great overview of Medellin. Climbing Piedra del Penol provided another beautiful view of Colombia. Silvio provided such a great experience and stayed in contact throughout our entire trip (even outside Medellin) to ensure everything went well. He recommended other tours and linked us to other individuals to get to and from places. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour or a tour with this provider. Get Silvio if you can. Guatape is a beautiful city as well, I wish we could have spent a bit more time in the city to explore.

This was a great start to all of our first time in Colombia. Our guide Silvio was our highlight of the trip and made sure we had THE BEST DAY EVER. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the day even better than we could have imagined. The Pablo Escobar sights were very interesting and Guatape was simply incredible. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Medellin.

This tour really covered all of the bases. We spent the first half the day in the city learning about Pablo Escobar. Then the second half of the day and into the evening was in the surrounding villages, which were scenic, colorful and beautiful! Our guide, Mateo, was friendly, engaging, and completely accommodating of our family‘s wishes. He also followed all covid protocols. It is a long day due to the sheer volume of activities that it covers, but well worth it.

I did a private Pablo Escobar and Guatape tour with Camilo, the owner. It was definitely worth it! All Everything was taken care of including transportation. Camilo was very knowledgeable about the history of Escobar and and the cities of Penol and Guatape. His English is great. I would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to gain a better understanding of part of Medellin's past.

We had a fantastic day out - our guide Julio gave us such a good insight into the city’s and country’s history and complicated situation. He really brought the history to life, all with deep knowledge and an excellent sense of humour. The trip to Guatapé was amazing, including the boat trip around the lake. We loved it so much that we booked another tour with Julio for the following day. Thank you Medellín City Services and Julio for a couple of fantastic experiences!
