Ken did a great job in balancing frequently visited sites with a few nuggets of unexpected and pleasant things. We loved the personalized attention, patience, concern, and mindfulness. Our trip was very informative, fun, and filled with information, lots of beautiful memories, and a great time. Hori was awesome during our Hakone tour. He’s well versed with Japan in whole and suggested areas to explore , food to try and even gave us gifts. He already plan out the whole day iterinary so we maximize our time in Hakone.

It was an amazing experience! Horizon, our guide, did a fantastic job. Even though it was raining the whole day, we enjoyed our tour. Highly recommend and ask for HORI.

Very knowledgeable, and friendly. Hori was on point of good photo spots and a good lunch place. He made me want to explore the beautiful area of Hakone and the country of Japan.

I'm sorry for taking sooo long with a feedback but we are just recovering, slowly from the flu!
Omg!!!!! 🥳🤞☺️Benny and I would love to revisit the entire day spent in Hakone with you.
You are a wonderful, competent and resilient tour guide! 🤞🥂The weather was against our tour, almost everything was cancelled but you, Mr. Yoshi still insist to recommend activities that would be in favor of the windy weather on that day.
You were soooo knowledgeable of the area, it was more than just a sightseeing tour, you taught us many things about the Japanese culture in that area and you were able to give clarity on all of our concerns, you are a professional at your craft🤞✨️I'm very happy you were my tour guide.
Thank you very much for the experience and for the patience throughout the tour. Also, thank you for the wonderful pictures; you truly made our first trip together; the best experience ever‼️💫✨️🥂
We will visit again just because of how Mr. Yoshi handled the situation, regarding the severe weather conditions on that day. He was very calm and started thinking of various plan Bs as recommendations.
We appreciate you very much and our Origami that were a gift for us is beautiful in our home!

Had an awesome tour with Kevin. He was very informative, kind and just overall great. His itinerary was solid so we just let go of the reins knowing he was going to show us all the great spots with impeccable timing. On top of the beautiful sights we were able to see with Kevin, he was an unexpectedly amazing photographer 👏🏽 and my partner and I got some very special photos together thanks to him! Would highly recommend this tour.
