We had an amazing tourguide: Debi Kops! She is an energetic lady, full of lively stories and she has amazing knowledge about (almost?) everything: American history, architecture, art and photography, political history. You ask a question and she knows the answer.
The service was very energetic, with singing, dancing and praising. We stayed for about 1 hour, before we left for the brunch.
And that too was a very good experience. Nice and cosy restaurant with friendly staff. We could make a choice from the menu and the food was great! Drinks included, except beer or wine.
All in all, we had a fantastic sunday morning, dispite the weather

Despite the heavy rain , the tour was great. Tour guide Alvin was fabulous, kept us fully informed throughout trip. His knowledge of places, people & specific knowledge was amazing. The church experience was exhilarating.

Der Guide war sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch. Er sprach bewusst sehr deutlich, da die Gäste aus unterschiedlichen Länder kamen. Sodass alle bestmöglichst seinen Erzählungen folgen konnten. Der Gottesdienst mit Gospel war beeindruckend. Der Fahrt durch Harlem spannend.

The music and experience on Sunday morning was so amazing!
Our guide was from Harlem and shared personal stories! Our 18 year old granddaughter also enjoyed, her first time in the city! We loved getting to know about the area through the eyes and heart of a true expert. Authentic.

Allen was a fantastic host and tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable with factual information about how influential the original residents of Harlem had an impact on the world. I felt so proud. The only big criticism I have, out of Allen's control, is that the Brunch spot literally did not clean the barhrooms AT ALL from the night before. Disgusting. The food was delicious, but the bathrooms spoiled my appetite 😒

Lots of information from our lovely tour guide who was very knowledgeable (can't remember her name though, we did the tour on sunday may 21st in English).
I would have expected a bit more gospel etc, most time is spent in the bus touring Harlem.
It wasn't made clear to us that we needed to leave when the preacher started his part, and it was a bit awkward to walk away when he started his service. There is room for improvement here.
Nonetheless an enjoyable tour which showed us a good part of Harlem.

Visite de Harlem parfaite avec un guide sympathique. l'expérience GOSPEL a été vraiment MAUVAISE à la SHILOH BAPTIST CHURCH
Nous sommes montés au 1er étage sous la surveillance d'une femme très énervée qui nous menaçait de nous exclure dés que nous nous levions pour essayer de voir un peu l'AUTEL .
En effet nous ne voyions pas du tout les paroissiens et les 6 choristes qui étaient devant l'autel . nous ne pouvions voir que les musiciens, batteur et organiste chanteur (très médiocre) le Pasteur très âgé qui chantait très faux ...
C'est la plus mauvaise Messe Gospel que j'ai vu de ma vie alors que j'en ai vu plusieurs fois à NEW YORK ... J'ai demander à VIATOR un remboursement de 50%

Learning about Hamilton. The Tour Guide shared extensive information about the founding father in two languages and kept us, tourists, engaged throughout the entire trip. Fascinating, well informed and great story teller Tour Guide.

Péssima experiência, a igreja e pequena, os músicos sem uniforme conforme a propaganda, eram 4 músicos e 1 cantor, um homem falando sem parar, o baterista olhando no celular, os que atende o povo super mal educado, a empresa VLATOR, tudo em inglês, que decepção, esperava isso por tanto tempo 🥲🥲🥲 era dia do meu aniversário 👎

J’ai réservé sur internet pour le 31/3 et il est indiqué que je dois contacter l’agence pour confirmer sinon ils peuvent annuler. Comment faire ? Sachant que mon Anglais est très limité et que c’est un numéro américain. Il n’est pas possible de le faire par mail?

The tour starts at 9am and lasts until about 1pm, I found the tour around Harlem and west Central Park very interesting the church service its self I was disappointed in, I wanted to hear a good gospel choir but the church we went to the choir was drowned out by one man with a microphone singing and somebody playing drums very loudly,but over all it was enjoyable

Depending on how active you two year old is, it may or may not be an enjoyable experience, meaning the whole trip. If the child is very active I'd question whether everyone in yourfamily would have a good time as the is a fairly long bus ride ti get there and back. You could come and go at the church if you say in the back.
