I had a great shiatsu massage here. Service was fabulous with them asking first about any sensitive or sore areas and what kind of pressure. Highly recommend

The staff was very nice and the email contact was quick and easy, but the massage was not a massage for me personally. It is more about exerting pressure on certain points of your body, which was sometimes even painful because the masseur pressed with her nails. I opted for the head and body massage and my partner opted for the head, body and oil foot massage. We both think the same about it and we thought it was quite an expensive massage. We opted for the 120 min based on the reviews on TripAdvisor, but it was still a disappointment, we also had to pay 650 yen more because we wanted a masseur of the same gender. In terms of price-quality ratio, it was not worth repeating for us.

We are very sorry that we could not meet your expectations, even though you were looking forward to the longer 120-minute course you chose after carefully reviewing our inquiry by e-mail.
Also, although we did not apply pressure with our fingernails, we would like to apologize deeply for making you feel such pain and for not being able to confirm the strength of the treatment.
We are also very sorry that we were not able to explain to you in advance exactly what we were going to do.
We are planning to create a new media to better inform everyone about the details of the treatment in advance.

Absolutely wonderful. I had a massage today (4/10/23) at Asakusa with the female masseuse (sorry I cannot spell your name correctly). Massage was really relaxing and the masseuse was so kind and great. Matcha tea and sweet treat afterwards completed a lovely experience. Nice little reprieve from the hectic pace outside and recommend to all travellers in need of some TLC.

After traveling around Japan for a while, finally reached Tokyo and decided to search for a massage shop near the hotel I was staying at. The room is very clean and the therapist (Rie) was very friendly and helpful. They do have signs and documents in English which is very useful for tourists. The massage is very relaxing and helped to reduce the fatigue and soreness in my legs. Highly recommended!

At Nagomiya, we have counseling sheets and information written in English so that overseas customers can feel at ease. Our staff can speak a little English.
Sometimes we cannot speak it well, but we put our heart and soul into our hospitality and treatment.

The massage parlour was very quiet and small. We were greeted by one of the staff, who spoke very good English and booked us in for a massage later that evening as they were full when we arrived.
The massages were well priced and very relaxing after a lot of walking during our trip. Our specific aches and soreness were catered for with a small form we filled out at the beginning asking where we wanted our massage to be focused.
Excellent massage, next time we are in Japan, we will visit again. Thank you!

C’est simple c’est probablement un des meilleurs massage que j’ai reçu ! Très professionnel, dans une ambiance sobre et intimiste, dispensé par un masseur qui savait parfaitement ce qu’il faisait... je rêve de retrouver une telle qualité en France.

The Nagomiya clinic is a tidy little tranquil space. I got the shiatsu with the focus on back and shoulders and oil feet treatment. If you haven't had shiatsu before, it is a massage therapy done while you wear comfy clothes (the clinic provides the shorts and shirt). My treatment helped reduce the pain I was feeling after our marathon walking and sight seeing trip. I highly recommend it!

My massage therapist was an absolute delight! Nishki (unsure on spelling) was so friendly and sweet and gave me an incredible massage she knew exactly where the sore spots were. Great value for money, I cannot rate her highly enough.
