minha preferida de Aruba, a parte do cliff com as escadinhas que entram no mar são imperdíveis! muito tranquilo estacionar e curtir aquela água tranquila que parece piscina.

A really little beach for snorkeling or taking some pictures , as you want to discover the island. There is only (still) Eagle Beach worth in this Island.

Kind of hard to explain… paradise in a non- touristy area. People are awesome, lots of stray, friendly dogs. Been here twice. Not a party place… more of of a laid back, loving life place where you jump in the water and watch the sunset. Very gorgeous and relaxing.

Our favorite beach in aruba. The colors of the water are unreal! There are various entry points and it was so much fun to snorkel.

So, my wife found this little gem. It was breathtaking. There were about 7 different colors of water. Bring water shoes, very sharp rocks here.

We decided we would try this for snorkeling as we had heard good reviews.
We just didn't realize it was that beautiful.
When you pull up from the road ,the waters look beautiful.
But if you walk over the little wooden bridge and into the mangroves,it's really amazing.
It was one of my wife's and I highlight of our trip.
We would definitely go back on our next trip.

I loved the natural beauty of this beach with the mangrove trees and calm water. I would have rated this a five, but I didn’t get in the water. Our tour guide, Jair, was fantastic. He gave us a lot of information about the area, including the fact that the mangroves are protected. I plan on visiting again and actually swimming (lol).

Tem o mangue onde as pessoas pegam praia. Mas também uma escada na beira da estrada pra tirar fotos, Alugue caiaque e snorkel e vá conhecer. Vale a pena.

Went in the aftermath of rain, lots of smells emanating from this place.
Lots of mangrove tree, so appreciation for the variety of fauna does kick in.
However, mixed colors ( also brown ) shallow waters were not super appealing. Many locals picnicking around. Not well kept at all.
I read some reviews about snorkeling and diving close by...however you will find the same variety of fish and turtle (if lucky) as Boca Catalina (definitely!) and Baby Beach.
So I'd skip this stop.

First time exploring this beach! Quickly became a top favorite on the island. The water was calm and clear when we were there, and there were plenty of places to grab shade. A totally different experience than other beaches we frequent on the island! We hope to get back soon and maybe snorkel in a different area 🥰

Hello. My wife an I are just about ready to do the Mangel Halto Barrier reef Kayak tour and snorkel in Aruba. Can you please tell us about it. Can you see lots of fish when snorkeling, and how is the wind at this site? Or is it even worth doing. Thank You.

No. We have snorkeled there twice. The first time we walked in from the beach and snorkeled around the mangroves into the bay type area. The second time we went off the dock/deck and snorkeled out to the shipwreck. I am not a good swimmer. Average at best and it there were small swells. But I managed just fine and didn't notice the current much

Mangel Halto está en Pos Chiquito, que es un pueblito, sin mucha gracia, la verdad. Yo te recomendaría instalarte en Savaneta, que está a un par de kilómetros y es más grande y cómodo. Ahí, yo me alojé en el Coral Reef Beach, que es mucho más barato que los hospedajes de la zona hotelera y 100% recomendable. En todo caso, en internet puedes ver opciones de alojamiento en Pos Chiquito o Savaneta.
