The park is beautifully landscaped but you could make much more of this facility.
The animals generally have much too small enclosures!
Especially most birds can't even really fly.
No bird of prey, raptor or raven looked happy in its enclosure!
Borders on animal cruelty to lock such creatures in such small cages, only for them to be seen by the noisy crowds.
Species are different!
Speaking of ravens; you can see in the forest, along the paths repeatedly cages in which about 10-15 ravens fly or flutter from one side of the enclosure to the other because on 5-10 square meters they cannot really fly...
Was very questionable for me as a raven & crow fan.
Proposal: Sell food for the respective animals in front of the enclosures so that you can feed your favorites instead of just the hand-tamed grasseaters.

The area is very spacious and the complex is well maintained. Unfortunately, very few animals were visible, only with the bears we were lucky. For 13€ we had hoped for more.

Sehr schöner Rundweg,,, naturbelassen,, aber die Vogelhatung ist eine Katastrophe,,, viel zu klein u, veraltet,, fűr 12 Euro Eintritt könnte man Geld fűr neue u, viel größere,, Voliere Käfige machen u, der arme Geier fliegen kann U, der Busard,,,, ist fast tierquälerei

Weitläufiges großes Gelände mit gpflegten Anlagen. Der Besuch hat sich mit Kindern gelohnt. Infotafeln zu den Tieren mit guten Erläuterungen.

Der Cumberland Park ist definitiv mein liebster Tier- /Wildpark in Österreich.
Der Rundweg ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Waschbären und die Otter zählen zu meinen absoluten Tierhighlights im Park. Wenn man etwas Glück hat, kann man den Luchs sehen.
Auch den Streichelzoo finde ich super, hier kann man die Ziegen streicheln ♥
Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Wer einen Spaziergang in der Natur machen möchte, kann dies auch kostenlos an anderen schönen Orten in Österreich.
Die Gehege sind groß und gepflegt, leider sind kaum Tiere zu sehen. 10.- Eintritt + 2.- für Futter - ist es leider nicht Wert. Sind ziemlich enttäuscht.

Weglänge variabel, da es einige Abkürzungen gibt. Kinderwagentauglich, aber ein paar (wenige) Steigungen. Empfehlenswert an einem Wochentag!

having heard about this facility, we took our two grandsons to visit it. unfortunately it was a damp day when we were there, but nevertheless, we found it to be an outstanding place. it was a wonderful place for the animals with plenty of space for them, and we were able to walk with the deer. the highlight was of course the brown bears and the wolves. plenty of space to roam, even if the bears seemed a little bored.
to cap it all, there was a good restaurant at the facility.
the only thing i would suggest is that umbrellas be provided to those silly enough to turn up on a damp day !

Der Wildpark bietet etwas für die ganze Familie. Es ist nicht nur ein wunderschöner Spaziergang, der auch im Schnee nochmal seinen ganz eigenen Charm hat, sondern man sieht viele Tiere, die man ansonsten selten sieht. Die Wölfe spazieren majestätisch durch das Gehege, dass sie sich mit den Bären teilen, die Steinböcke hüpfen über die steinige Böschung und der Waschbär macht seinem Namen alle Ehre und wäscht sich nach dem Genuss eines Granatapfels brav die Pfoten in einem Bächlein.
Tipp: Beim Eingang ein Futtersäckchen mitnehmen - manche Tiere darf man füttern :)
