Leaving aside the very long wait with the empty beach, for two fake ice cream in a glass jar they asked us 15€.i prices on the menu were not there

I spent three days in this lido, what about.... Excellent in everything!!!! Manic cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff and a lot of professionalism... the thing that struck me most was the kitchen, we had lunch two days in a row I wanted to congratulate the chef, we ate very well beyond expectations to be in a lido.... Best wishes to see you soon....

Beautiful beach, Caribbean sea but mortified by catering activities like this. The dishes we consume, cold, uncooked and put together with total inadequacy. Staff superficial and more dedicated to the entertainment activity of the customer than in waiting tables, napkins and plastic cups on the ground, smelly bathroom, what can I say... we have been there and it will never happen again. I hope that this magical place of Sicily can in the future be enhanced more, because these kinds of experiences do not leave that typical sweet Sicilian flavor that always pushes you to return.

Went to attend the concert of a well-known Sicilian singer-songwriter, paid for a ticket to the show and booked a table for dinner. Table back to the stage and behind an oleander plant. The waiter arrives and offers us an appetizer, we accept . Five equal plates. After a while he comes back and tells us that they could only make two and that he would bring us two grilled fish and a mixed fry and that we could divide including four prawns (I think cooked a day before) to be divided into five, the waiter tells us that maybe those who do not eat the prawn will eat another thing. Bad experience to never repeat.

Bad reception, we were kicked out badly by the Owner and mocked for bringing the small dog, not allowed on the beach according to him.
I highly advise against it, dirty and messy bar restaurant. Manager and rude staff, I will not return and advise against it.

Bad reception, we were teased for bringing a small dog (chihuahua) because throughout Sicily, according to the Owner, it is forbidden to bring dogs to the beach. We were kicked out and not allowed on the beach and sunbeds.
To avoid a fuss, since we're on vacation, we left. I strongly advise against it, bad environment and level

Eager to try lunch in this lido, Sunday, July 14, we presented ourselves before 12:30 to the roll call.
They immediately made us sit down, there were 10 of us, we all ordered from a restaurant.
I must say it was a pleasant 360-degree discovery. Good organization, cleanliness, good staff, prices appropriate to quality, and everything cooked to perfection. Short waiting times.
This is my experience.
My whole group was satisfied.

Lido definitely well maintained, the staff assigned to the assignment of sunbeds I would say excellent, helpful and kind. Cleanliness at the top always everything clean from sunbeds to bathrooms.
A nice well-equipped beach.

But today we hit rock bottom, the head of the room a "gentleman" (I put in quotation marks "sir" because surely the word itself is not suitable for the individual) after an hour and a half that my husband and daughter had already finished their dishes , I was still waiting for my sandwich, my beer had become hot and undrinkable, we asked several times where both my sandwich and the child s chips had gone, in all this as the icing on the horrible situation that came to be created still the individual and , rightly after almost 2 hours of waiting, I ask if it seemed normal to him a wait of almost two hours for a sandwich and chips, THE "SIR" WITH ALL THE ARROGANCE OF THE WORLD COMES OUT WITH "LADY IF SHE WANTED TO EAT WITH HER FAMILY SHE ALSO TOOK A PLATE OF PASTA" then rightly I answer with
"If I was told before that I had to wait 2 hours for a tuna and lettuce sandwich I would definitely take the pasta"
AND THE "LORD" REPLIES TO ME MADAM CERTAINLY I AM MORE INTERESTED IN SELLING PASTA AND NOT SANDWICHES, NOW HE HAS ORDERED AND WAITS"
After the bickering arrive the cold chips and the sandwich even more inedible without oil salt and tuna in half a sandwich.
Definitely a Sunday to forget.
Recommendation to find good people to stay in touch with customers.

Fantastic atmosphere, lovely food and wine. Perfect for lunch with a Sicilian menu. Attentive waiters who present the menu and the day's specialities, with accompanying wine. Optimal for lunch, apperetivo, or just an ice-cold beer in chilled glasses. A lido of my best experiences. Recommended!
