Karaokebox Yume in Adliswil is a hidden gem for those looking for a casual and fun karaoke experience. With a touch of Japanese flair, this cozy karaoke bar offers a unique atmosphere that invites you to sing and party.
Here are some reasons why I enjoyed my stay at Karaokebox Yume so much:
Intimate atmosphere:
Unlike big karaoke bars, this feels like a private living room. The small booths can accommodate groups of friends or families who want to sing together.
Extensive song selection:
The selection of songs is impressive. Whether you are a pop lover, a rock star or a fan of ballads, you are sure to find your favorite song.
Friendly hosts:
The host Michelle is warm and makes sure that all guests feel comfortable. She is always ready to help with song selection and lighten the mood. Thanks to their interest in people and their cultures, they can do this in several languages as well

Drinks and snacks:
The drinks menu offers a good selection of beers, soft drinks and non-alcoholic drinks. Perfect for oiling your throat before going on stage! There are also gems among them that will pleasantly surprise one or two connoisseurs
No time limit:
Unlike traditional karaoke bars, there are no fixed time limits here. You can sing as long as you want without looking at the clock. And if necessary, it is even possible to extend your stay as long as the crowd is not too big and there are few reservations on the day. (Which happens absolutely rarely, of course)
Overall, my stay at Karaokebox Yume was a relaxed and easy-going experience that I would like to repeat. If you are looking for a relaxed karaoke session, this is definitely the place to go! 🎤🎶

Super nice owner. You can tell that she puts her heart and soul into it. Lovely ambience. Top service. Simple and comfortable furnishings. Public transport runs around the corner from the building.
We ordered sushi from the menu (normal and vegetarian - also available vegan). Really, really delicious!

The experience was great. It's a new and very special concept. Because the ambience is a little smaller than in a traditional karaoke bar, you dare to sing faster and louder. The beer is good and cold. Michelle is a great host.

We went to a Yume karaoke box with friends at the weekend. I didn't know the principle of karaoke boxes before. It's like singing together in your living room at home, but without having to stop at 10pm because the neighbors are knocking :)
The song selection is huge, the drinks are great and Michelle is a great host. Cool location! If you like singing but are too shy for the karaoke bar, give it a try.

Pleasantly cool rooms despite the sweltering heat outside... Nice ambience. Friendly staff. There is a parking garage directly underneath. It is also easy to get there by public transport (Grüt stop). Prices are OK.
