A demonstration of how the aloe was prepared took place outside under a shady tree.
Once inside, we went upstairs to the viewing gallery where knowledgeable employees told us the history of the factory. The laboratory spaces and production and packaging floors were visible and immaculate, and cleanliness protocols were followed. The whole manufacturing process impressed husband as he had worked in a lab environment for many years and found all processes according to proper lab protocols.
Then, downstairs we went to see all of the products the factory produces using aloe. Needless to say, quite a few came home with us.
One thing to note as well, the aloe stores around the island are all company-owned and have company employees working at them. Nice Tour.

Enjoyed this excursions! Please try the body scrubs and some of the scented soaps, both of these are nice for self and as gifts. I also love their hand sanitizer gel. I brought a few of the travel sizes for gifts.

Definitely a place to visit if you are in Aruba. Take one of the free tours and learn about history and production. Products are of high quality and amazing, but habe their price point. But Definitely are worth it!

Buyers beware. While the museum was interesting; the prices was a rip off.
Shop at your resort/ hotel. The markup at museum was huge. For example; the cost for after sun repair, 8.5 fl oz was $39 at museum and $29 at la cabana resort.

It was so neat learning about how aloe is farmed and seeing the process of how it's made into all the different products. The tours are short but really informative and you get to sample some of the products.

While the aloe farm was nice to see. Climbing stairs to see the manufacturing process was not. This trip could be skipped but talking with the residents nearby told a different story about life and work on the island.

Staff was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Product is affordable and natural. We learned a lot from the tour as well.

The factory I very interesting and the guides tour was excellent. However the products are extremely expensive. I would have bought a lot more if they had been more reasonably priced.

Prices were very reasonable and yes thy do have face cream. They also have bundles of different products. I love the shower gel, the fragrance is amazing. I also happy to say you can re order products when you get home from their web site. I can't say enough about the products. They also carry a Deodorant that's great.

how do you bring frozen meats from home. will the airline accept them? Will they thaw before you get there and check in?

we brought frozen steaks in our luggage which were still frozen upon arrival. we knew we had gas grills available to use and this plan worked out extremely well for us. btw...our flight time was about 5 hours so yes...bring frozen items if you wish.
