Outstanding service by Irina, reservation manager. Made our transfer from Montego Bay Airport to Negril a breeze. Was always available to answer my questions and made everything possible to facilitate the transaction. Used Holiday to return to airport as well; punctual driver and smooth drive. Would definitely use them again!

Lyle Gordon was a great guide and so much fun to be around. He took us where we wanted to go and Rose Hall. What can I says much fun and such a scream. Sorry for swearing but I was scared of the zombies. Brilliant and highly recommended

As my husband says, Club Mobay is worth every penny. We had never visited Jamaica before, and were unsure about the process once we landed. A representative met us right when we got off the plane and guided us through the entire process. We bypassed long lines and were assisted with finding the transportation ( arranged by our resort) that was picking us up. We relaxed with drinks in the Club Mobay lounge while waiting for the rest of our party who were arriving on another flight. When departing, we again bypassed long lines, and after security, waited in their lounge not far from our gate, enjoying food and drinks. Thank you for a great experience!

Thank you Lyle for providing first class service to my hotel. Lyle handled my bags with care without me lifting a finger. I highly recommend Lyle to get you where you're going. Lyle was extremely personable and friendly. Lyle has a great vibe and made my trip enjoyable.

Our guide was Washington and he was a great tour guide. He spoke English and Spanish throughout the tour. He was professional and as able to address our questions and concerns. Dunn’s River Fall is a must do while visiting Jamaica. I think maybe they should skip the souvenir store and let us shop at Dunn’s River Falls after we have finished our climb. Bob Marley’s home is up in the mountains and it takes an hour to get to his house from the bottom. If you’re scared of heights this is not the tour for you. I loved this tour and thought Washington was an Excellent tour guide. I would recommend this tour. Also, you will need waterproof holder for your phone.

This was the highlight of our trip. It’s a haul from Montego Bay, but our driver was fun! The Jam West Beach where we waited for the catamaran was super cool. Rick’s Cafe was a blast!

Our driver Andre was fantastic! An excellent driver all-around and very courteous and polite. The vehicle was super comfortable and air conditioned, and Andre gave us plenty of time to enjoy the sites, stop for souvenirs on our way to our destination, and rest stops. He got us back to the airport with plenty of time on our way home - we’d highly recommend their private transfer service, especially with Andre as your driver! The best in the business!

Motorista mau educado, o onibus não tinha nenhuma identificação e eu estava aguardno na repeção o mesmo ja tinha chego no local, porém perguntei no whats e atendente me disse que ela faltava 10 minutos para ele chegar sendo que ele ja estava la, então fiquei aguardando, quando vi que era esse onibus sem identificação o do passeio embarquei e o motorista estava furioso porque eu estava atrasada, mas a culpa não foi minha se o onibus nao tinha identificação e a pessoa por telefone me deu informação errada de que ele ainda não estava lá.

Foi péssimo, essas fotos são todas propagandas enganosas, não se vê uma luz se quer no fundo da lagoa, tenho todas as fotos e a unica coisa que aparece é escuridão, o guia falou que é porque tinha chovido no dia anterior e por isso não tinha luz, mas se sabem que é assim porque não avisam o turista para que possam remarcar outro dia? rasguei dinheiro, inclusive quero meu dinheiro de volta vou abrir reclamação no reclame aqui, muita falta de consideração não pensar no cliente, não recomendo esse passeio a ninguém!

Nuestra visita a Jamaica empezó (4 de noviembre) feliz desde el aeropuerto de Montego Bay recibiendo muy buena atención en el counter de dicho aeropuerto, así como un pronto, amable y confortable traslado en bus hasta nuestro alojamiento al Hotel Grand Bahía Príncipe en Runaway Bay (ida y vuelta). El día de mi cumpleaños (lunes 6 de noviembre) hicimos nuestra excursión al Museo de Bob Marley, en Kingston, acompañados por el señor NORMAN DIXON, un excelente conductor y anfitrión en todo el recorrido de ida y vuelta. También tomamos con esta misma empresa la excursión de mediodía (City Tour) a Montego Bay, con la representante y guía de habla hispana Sra. DANIELA, excursión esta con la que quedamos muy satisfechos y felicitamos a Daniela por su gran profesionalismo y conocimiento del lugar, inclusive hicimos algunas compras en esa ciudad. La felicitación la hacemos extensiva para el Sr. BERNARDO (chofer de la movilidad), igualmente por su gran desempeño en toda la ruta. Asimismo, el día anterior (viernes 10 de noviembre) a nuestra partida hacia nuestro país (Perú), teníamos planeado y pagado nuestras dos últimas tours: en horas de la mañana el Crucero en Catamarán, Playa de Negril y Ricks Café; y, para la tarde-noche a la Laguna Luminosa. En esta parte del comentario lamentamos no haber podido hacer la excursión del Crucero en Catamarán, Playa Negril y Ricks Café, ya que el día anterior (jueves 9) la Sra. Daniela mediante mensajes de WhatsApp me manifestó que no podíamos hacer dos excursiones el mismo día por cuestión de horarios, ya que ésta excursión duraba todo el día por la lejanía del hotel en Runaway Bay hasta Negril (ida y vuelta) porque empezaba con recogida a las 8:00 de la mañana en el hotel y se retornaba alrededor de las 7 u 8 de la noche (y que ello lo sabían en la agencia de viajes en Lima, Perú, lo que nosotros lo ignorábamos), por lo que no podríamos alcanzar la excursión de la Laguna Luminosa (de la que nos habían comentado y nosotros leído por Internet que es una de las mejores atracciones de Jamaica); y la recogida para la excursión a la Laguna se había programado para las 6:15 de la tarde, recomendándonos que sólo tomáramos una de ellas por lo que siendo así, optamos por acceder a su recomendación de sólo hacer la excursión de la tarde-noche a la Laguna Luminosa, excursión esta que fue genial y espectacular ya que pudimos comprobar que verdaderamente es un espectáculo que nunca antes habíamos visto en nuestros incontables viajes de celebración de nuestro aniversario de matrimonio y mi cumpleaños.
Conviene dejar anotado que todos los servicios nos los brindaron de forma totalmente puntual (hora exacta), respetuosa y amablemente y también muy atentos a nuestras inquietudes. Por ello, reiteramos nuestras felicitaciones a los señores conductores de los buses de ida y vuelta aeropuerto hotel - hotel aeropuerto, al señor Bernardo, a la Sra. Daniela y al conductor que nos llevó a la Laguna Luminosa que, lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre.
Empresa muy recomendable por su prestación de un excelente servicio en todos sus traslados y excursiones.
Conviene dejar anotado que todos los servicios nos los brindaron de forma totalmente puntual (hora exacta), respetuosa y amablemente y también muy atentos a nuestras inquietudes. I am still waiting for a refund of at least 30 percent for our Super Saver trick for 7 people on Feb 21 2018. Itinerary 1057411538
The driver was late by 2 hours, we missed the city tour and shopping and were rushed through the Ross Hall tour since we were late. We lost 2 hours of the tour.
It has been 10 days and still no refund as promised when I called you on Feb 22. If you want a good review send the refund ASAP.

We had the same experience on our tour, the driver was extremely late, so we missed the entirety of the city tour and were rushed thru the rest of the tour. The driver said Holiday Services over booked him so there was no way he could make it on time for the pickup, he said Holiday Services was aware of this but didn’t care, they said it was just a tour not an airport trip, so if it’s late it doesn’t matter.
How do I get ahold of someone? We booked 2 trips through viator for the luminous lagoon, and ricks cafe. It said to contact for hotel pickup and when we call that number listed there is no answer? We are an hour and a half away from our hotel pickup time and have no idea if we are getting picked up.

Realmente depende del tiempo que su barco llegue y a qué hora sale. Usted puede visitar la ciudad de Montego Bay y la playa o puede hacer más como ir a Dunn's River Falls. Realmente depende del tiempo que tengas.
