Do NOT book this company!!! I booked this company for round trip to and from Atlantis. They picked us up without problem. The driver told us he would pick us up at the same place as drop off on the day of our departure. On the day of our departure, he would not answer his phone, text back. There was no one else to contact. We ended up hiring the service through the resort. Business seems to be a sham.

We thanks you for your review, we have our records to show were we were in communication with you the day of your departure . We apologize on behalf of our services and viator as our records reflect a different departure date that was given to us when we received your booking as was explain to you by Ms. Brown our reservation manager. This resuled in a mix up in your return transfers.

Our driver Tony was very nice, knowledgeable, and on time. The suv was nice, spacious, and comfortable.We tried everything he recommended from fish fry at Joey’s to the guava duff. Everything was wonderful. Recommended to other travelers. Thank you so much!!

Amazing service, getting around can be quite expensive so for the price, it’s a steal! The ride was luxurious, smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Tony was great . Loved the car service . Friendly and easy. Our flight was delayed and he was still there waiting for us once we were off the plane .

I booked the roundtrip-shared service for $36. Upon arrival, a friendly lady greeted me at the airport holding a sign with my name on it. Within 15 minutes, a man name Mr. Johnson drove me to my hotel in a very nice vehicle. Surprisingly, both trips turned out to be private rides. On the day of checkout, there was some confusion. Although I knew they were coming at 11 am, I didn't receive a confirmation call nor text specifying who to look for or where to stand. Fortunately, I spotted the vehicle right outside my hotel and asked the driver who he was waiting for. While I appreciate the service, it would be helpful if they provided a contact number (one that actually answers the phone) and streamlined the pick-up process. I'd like to be called when the driver arrives and informed the name and vehicle type. Helpful for Solo travelers! Yes I would use them again. Tip: They come 3 hours before departure time!

I was picked up on time from the airport. The driver was very friendly. My return transfer was also on time. Great experience and I'll definitely use it again if I return to the Bahamas. Thank you!

Hello - are we able to arrange to stop by a grocery store for a brief (15-20 min) stop to grab groceries in route to the hotel from the airport? If so, appropriately how much of an extra charge would we incur for this? Thank you!

Just let Marc know what you’d like to do. Very accommodating.
We tipped him about $40 because we were in the store about
30 mins. Up to you on how much to tip.
