Pax2 Iulia Litcan 2 of our customers had an appointment at 05.50 did not show up and after various reminders arrived 1 hour late. Their SU employee told us she would contact us BUT YOU NEVER DID! Even when booking SU and 'proved RUDE. Then we also found out that their prices are twice as high as the others on Phi Phi island while their boats are old and not very clean!

I'm sorry and I'm very sorry. I'm just a dealer It's not my boat I will not send my clients on this company ship anymore. Thank you for letting us know that boat is not good. I was wrong And I will improve it better. Thank you.

Me and my friends went on the half day evening tour with this company and it was absolutely terrible! The boat was health and safety disaster! The wooden planks on the floor of the boat where really unstable with some being totally loose and not secured. Some on the wood was missing so everyone kept falling in the space in-between and one girl injured herself and fractured her little finger! This company is a joke the guy charged me 500 bhatt and ripped me of when I later found out that other people paid 300 bhatt! On top of this the steering wheel of the long boat broke so the sailor spent a lot of time trying to fix this problem making a awful racket! Which are into our trip time! I regret booking with this company they are a total rip of scam and also provide the worst food..a small portion of vegetable rice which was cold, greasy and uncooked! Also we had no life jackets near us they where all at the top end of the boat in a box under the boat planks! (where as other similar boats had them behind each row of seats in nets for easy access) if we drowned we would have been in problems! Can I also just say the snorkelling equipment was so dirty and nasty! It had black mouldy spots all over it and was in a bucket full of black fungi! I never used it and neither did my mates! Another health hazard!
Don’t book with these guys...you can get a better priced and quality tour which probably won’t be a health and safety death trap!
