If you want to go to the beach while you are in this lovely town, this is probably the one where you should direct yourself. It is in town, close to the center, easy to get to. And you get the beautiful views of the sea.

During our stay in Lipari we chose Coral beach, never choice was more apt.
Super organized, spotless, restaurant really great.
All beach services are included in the price and really good round trip shuttle service to Lipari.
Staff very kind and helpful for every need.

I frequent the Aeolian Islands since 1971, I was 16, the island of Aiòlos, or Aeolus tamer of the winds, sublime place, where poets sing and play the beauty between sky, land and sea in front of the islands of Stromboli and Panarea in harmony with words that fly alone, driven by the wind, as if they were kites, united by a thread of Ariadne so as not to get lost in flight together with festive seagulls.
The "Coral Beach", represents in full my description, along the coast of Canneto mare, in my opinion, is an ideal beach for tourists who will come to spend holidays in Lipari, or Lipàra in Greek as Meligunis, where you will be welcomed in this poetic place with philia, (love and friendship) and xenia (welcome and sacred hospitality for tourists). The sea with its colorful colors is beautiful, the staff of Coral Beach is very kind to Giuseppe in the head, the Poseidon of land, who
accompanies you under the umbrella to relax to spend happy hours until dusk. Suitable for children with an equipped playground. You can eat and dine with interlude of the aperitif, then from morning until evening, to spend a beautiful day in Harmony, daughter of Ares god of war, or Mars, torment for fiery quarrelsome and stormy men like Cadmus and Aphrodite the seducing goddess of love, in short, the island also manifests itself so, for those who want to understand and love beauty, arrives enthusiastically in Sicilian Hellas, with a sublime climate in all seasons of the sun.
I made the choice to live there even in winter and I assure you for those who love peace, lives in their own secret wood, for the elderly, like Oedipus or a fisherman at sunset, who looks far along a beautiful mirage, with the wind, Aiòlos and his sons Borea and Zephyr blowing on your skin and the sea, Poseidon who commands you, without certainty that you can be master of your life, beautiful so even in winter.
Ah, the chef at Coral Beach Jamael is very good, he prepares with hedonistic care, fabulous dishes for all tastes, typical products of Aeolian cuisine.
Until the end of October, weather permitting you can do fabulous swimming, and Coral Beach, does bus service in various hotels and B&Bs throughout the island. In this period, another month of relaxation, for those who love the low summer with sober prices, will be full of tracking tourists in the carpe diem.

We had time problems so we mentioned it when booking. They were really quick and efficient in service always maintaining friendliness, kindness and sympathy! Super recommended!!!

There is a single shower with unheated water that discharges onto the sand (soap cannot be used, despite the lifeguard saying otherwise pushing to pollute). The same shower is outdoors so no privacy. Unique and tiny changing room (90 cm x 90 cm) as well as smelly. Only 2 M/F and non disabled bathrooms available. As a result queues form in front of shower - dressing room bathroom. Access to the beach is closed at 18.00 and controlled by bouncers (the beach is state-owned though). At 18.00 disco music starts interrupting the relaxation and also the beach is filled by users of the preserved disco. All this for 40€ per umbrella + 2 sunbeds in the week of mid-August (without receipt). Peppone has to come!!!

I bagni dal 2018 sono stati sostituiti, adesso ci sono dei bagni uomo donna e disabili molto belli e con tutti i servizi a norma.

Sono accettati anche i 4 zampe? Sarò a Lipari tra un po' e siccome ho un cagnolino( maltese) che non lascio mai da solo, volevo sapere se al coral beach siamo i benvenuti.
