Are all the shops and restaurants open on Sark on a Sunday
I must say I was very surprised and dismayed to hear negative feedback about Michelle's carriage tour.
As a Channel Island Tour Operator, over the last 10 years I have booked approximately 3000 people each year to Sark and on carriage tours with Michelle.
Our clients feedback has always been very complimentary. She is described as, "charming, informative and a real pro".
It's such a shame you had a problem on your tour. I suppose horses do lose shoes sometimes.
I was just wondering if you had received any kind of apology for your inconvenience and a refund for your tour? Our visitors are extremely important to us in the Channel Islands. We want everyone to go home having had a good holiday with only good memories
Please do let me know.
