My experience at the spa was excellent. There were a few hiccups due to the language barrier, but that was all my fault. The ladies who work there did their best to accommodate me. It was very good value for my money.
I was given a locker number, robe, slippers, etc. I then changed into my swimsuit and showered downstairs using the black soap provided. I give my number to the attendants downstairs then spent time rotating between the sauna, steam room and hot stone until my number was called for the full body scrub.
After the scrub, I was instructed to go into the cold water swimming pool then head upstairs. Upstairs I enjoyed tea and a pastry, then some time in the relaxation room. Then my number was called for a full body massage with sweet almond oil. (Note: remove swimwear and put on undies for this part.)

The sauna, the steam room, the hot stone very well. The pool water too cold, I would have preferred a normal pool temperature. For the scrub the room was too cold, when you come out of the hot rooms, it feels cold in this room dedicated to duet care. You'd have to turn up the heat for that moment and turn down afterwards. For the duration of the wrap too much ceiling light, no music. It should be more of a relaxing moment. The massage was great and there was music. The masseuse at first was cold during the scrub and wrapping then she became more pleasant at the time of massage. Don’t forget that you are here to relax, you have to try to stay pleasant even if you are not in a good day. It’s a shame that we can’t have tea in the break room where we can lie down. It would be a time of pure relaxation after the spa and treatments. Just because I give all these tips doesn’t mean I didn’t like the experience, I loved it. I say all this in order to improve the well-being of our customers. At the price quality level, that’s fine.

Disappointed with the package booked! I intentionally took the one that was most expensive and found myself spending an hour in the hot room sweating, feeling my dead skin coming out of my skin, so that in the end they massaged me without me being clean.
How can you massage a client on his sweat? I did not understand the concept.
I felt so dirty coming out
!! If you go there and want to feel light, take the package with glove scrub (which are the cheapest) and not the others.

Beautiful spa, a bit of "bottling" in the different facilities, but remains very nice. Facilities provided (bathrobe, towels) are very appreciative.

We had planned to relax by booking at the hammam medina center by buying the service at 75€ which includes a scrub and massage .unfortunately we were soon disappointed. A very quick scrub compared to our last passages.and then asking the lady of the reception if it was possible that I could benefit from the massage of my friend in addition to mine (which had been paid by my friend but which could not do it following her operation), I had a negative answer in a very aggressive tone which impacted the moment of relaxation for which I had come
I won't go back again. We are better welcomed in the steam room 1001 nights.

The welcome and the contact are without heat or even unpleasant from start to finish. The facilities are of quality but be careful with drafts there are differences in temperature from room to room not favorable to relaxation.
