They are excellent. Right on time. Professional drivers and clean clean vehicles. Coming back from the cruise port, we had a mix up on our last name for the sign but we both figured it out and everything worked out. If you need a transfer service, hey are the ones to call

Great service polite, courteous and prompt service. The driver was very helpful and pleasant. Traveled from Rome service from the hotel directly to the cruise port Civitavecchia. Highly recommend this service.

Depois de inúmeras horas em um avião, nada melhor que encontrar um carro a nossa espera, com o motorista portando nosso nome e, seguir direto para o conforto do hotel!

I am not sure if Rome Transfer really exist. I have used my Visa card to book a trip for August 2015 but so far had no response or confirmation from them. When I use the form under Contact Us asking if they have my confirmation, I get a reply back with my question and. "Thanks for Contacting Rome Transfer".
When I tryed to phone them in Italy, there are no answer.
I will try to cancel my trip.

The was an error on their website and it was only possible to do if you accept paypal. Eventhough I aborted the booking they sent me a confirmation based on the details I had entered. I have tried now for 24 hours to call the customer service number but there is no answer. They do not respond to emails either.
I wonder if this company exists at all or if it is a fake? Maybe this review can get them to respond?

It was my first visit to rome and i book take me italy to visit florence and venice, it was an amazing experience, and i will gladly use them again,, i will recommend them to anyone i know.

I was in charge of planning our family reunion (28 people) commencing in Rome, a cruise, and then back to our ansestors home village 3hrs from the cruise port Civitavecchia. Firstly, we arranged to be picked up upon arrival into Rome (FCO), Vincenzo was awiating us with a sign, with my name. In Rome we were all scattered between 5 hotels, amazingly we were all picked up at the same time by 3 mini buses, and the drivers coordinated to all meet up at the highway entrance, assuring that we all arrive to the ship together!! After our cruise our bus was at the port on time, and easily got all of us aboard with all our luggage, and off to Campobasso. We also arranged to be picked up in Campobasso the following saturday (3 days after arriving in Campobasso) to be taken to the airport in Rome(FCO) for our departure home. We arranged for a 6:30AM departure from Campobasso which means the drivers(2 mini buses) had to leave Rome around 4:00 AM, and yes...they were on time!! We got to FCO with lots of time to spare, and for FCO you need it!!
