We did the Godfather tour today, and it was amazing. Although we got lost and we’re going to be late the tour guide came to find us which we are so glad they did. What an experience! Seeing some of the locations from the film, whizzing around in the classic cars. We had an absolute ball and would highly recommend it to fans of the film, or those channelling their inner child who just want lots of fun and to see the town in all its beauty. Absolutely fantastic!

Wir haben die Godfather - Tour gemacht und waren sehr begeistert. Mit einem anderen Paar und 3 Fiats 500 waren wir 4 Stunden geführt unterwegs und haben den Vormittag sehr genossen. Wir wurden von 3 Personen von dem Unternehmen begleitet, einer Fremdenführerin und 2 Fahrern/Mechanikern die vorfuhren und im
Notfall eigesprungen wären und einen gefahren hätten. Echt unglaublich, was für ein Service. Die Reiseleiterin war sehr lustig und sehr gut. An einer Stelle ging unser Fiat nicht mehr an. Ein Mechaniker kam direkt und nach 5 Minuten im
Motor hantieren lief wieder alles.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

The tour was fantastic. Antonio and his team were excellent. We saw so much and the cars were tremendous. A memory to treasure from our fantastic holiday in Sicily.

Sicilian charm at its finest. I couldn’t rate this tour highly enough. The team are outstanding and the cars are beautiful. We had the best experience visiting the wonderful villages. But to visit these places in the 1968 vintage Fiat was a once in a lifetime experience.
In Savoca - the team brought us to the famous “Bar Vitelli” for complimentary drinks and treats before taking us around the village and telling us the fascinating history. They were so accommodating and kind. I couldn’t rate this highly enough. An absolute MUST. The best thing you’ll do in Sicily.
Thank you guys again so much!

Expérience hors du commun! La conduite de ce symbole italien, les petites histoires du guide, la dégustation de vin, tout était simplement incroyable. Pensant déguster rapidement un vin, nous sommes arrivés dans un havre de paix, une table nous attendait, trois vins différents sont proposés avec des hors d’œuvres qui ressemblaient plus à un réel repas. A faire si vous voulez voir les trésors cachés de cette région.

The tour was amazing the best in Sicily to experience the authentic fiat 500. Antonio the team are the best to take you through. I did the Godfather tour we loved it. The drive, the places the story the movie they offer a lot. Nice granita at the Godfather village and relax. Drive in little streets like a real Sicilian. Incredible experience worth the money. Yes a little bit expensive but worth it for a lifetime. Grazie Mille. Nikos

Brilliant tour! We were in Taormina in the morning, and this tour sets off not far from Porta Messina.
We booked online before going, and had to pay ~50 euro deposit, and ~200 euros when we got there. The booking process could be a little clearer/easier/more professional, but the communication via email was quick and personal.
It was easy to find the tour, we spotted a lone vintage 500 on the street. The tour guides spotted us and came over to say hello. The explanation of how to drive the car was concise, and it was a bit nerve-wracking setting off! We expected a lot more people on the tour, but it was just us and the guides! They have around 12 cars in total so in more normal times I imagine the tours are busier.
After a shaky start, it became easier to drive the car. The guide car lost one cylinder on the way up a hill but they quickly resolved the issue and we kept on going!
The tour mainly focussed on Forza d'Agro and Savoca, and we were shown a number of places from the films. The guide was really knowledgable and we learnt a lot about the film, and other interesting snippets of info.
Parts of the tour involved driving down very narrow streets. The views were incredible and it was a truly unique experience.
We finished off the tour with a stop at Bar Vitelli for our complimentary granitas! The bar has lots of photos of the production which were interesting to look around. There were also some super cute kittens outside the bar that were playing with the customers.
We very nearly didn't do this tour as it seemed expensive, especially compared to bus tours etc. We were definitely not disappointed and it was very much money well spent! The experience of driving the classic car combined with the local expertise made it the highlight of our whole trip to Sicily.

May 2019 in Taormina. This seems so long ago today with the confinement. It was a birthday gift from my Girlfriend. The city center was awesome, great restaurants, beautiful view, great food. The pinnacle of that journey was without a doubt The Godfather tour in the Fiat 500. All the others canceled so we were alone with the tour guide.
Manual transmission, really simple mechanically, classic Fiat 500. You really need to be used to manual transmission.
The tour guide Paola was great. We were able to take our time and visit all the main spots from the movie. The church, the famous bar with the excellent Granita, the house where don Corleone stayed and the awesome view during our stops.
This was an unforgettable experience that i would highly recommend.

We had a group of 21 take 11 of their 23 horsepower vintage Fiat 500s on the Godfather Tour. While the tour is fun and interesting, the highlight has to be the cars. Exceedingly simple, rather primitive mechanically. Manual transmission. Driving them and the tour involve hilarity, fun, fear, spectacular, terror, more fun, and more terror. Driving in a caravan was a gas. Tourists gawked and took pictures and videos. Lots of waving. The company provides a lead car and tail car and staff to help if anything goes wrong. Roads were often steep and very curvy. Driving in Italy is a real experience. The highlight of the tour itself was bar vitelli. Recommended!

Whilst in Taormina on our honeymoon we googled to see if it was possible to hire an old fiat 500 and were amazed to find this tour which combined the opportunity to do the God Father Your also ( something also on out hit list) to organise was simple and professional.
The trip itself didn’t disappoint- fabulous unique experience in beautifully restored cars with a knowledgeable relaxed guide and team to help with the cars! We loved it! 🚙💨
