Watch out. To be avoided absolutely

It's a company of liars and crooks. Purchased a mini cruise departing from Patti Marina by motorboat, a few hours before departure I receive a message with a radical change of schedule and departure from capo d’orlando. I therefore request an immediate cancellation but they reply that everything is confirmed for them and that the cancellation involves the total loss of the amount. They also say that nothing I claim is true (then I send the screenshot of the ticket and receive no Response). Delayed bus and driver who does not respect any speed limit, unqualified onboard staff screaming and smoking as if at home. 12 total hours of which only 5.5 spent on the two islands (Lipari and volcano). They reply to emails only after several days threatening to sue as if by magic they were remotely right and I discover that like me others have received intimidation and threats. The authorities should intervene and not allow them to ruin people's holidays.

il "Signore" in questione ha richiesto via Mail il rimborso dell'escursione acquistata 2 giorni e mezzo prima più specificatamente Domenica 25 Agosto 2024 alle ore 10.27 perchè secondo la sua opinione si sarebbe verificate delle condizioni meteo avverse. Nonostante la richiesta è stata basata su un fatto non certo ( infatti l'escursione è stata regolarmente effettuata ) l'operatore ha comunicato che gli sarebbe stato riconosciuto il rimborso come da condizioni generali da contratto. Da quel momento il "Cliente" ha iniziato a telefonare e minacciare gli operatori affermando anche di aver registrato le telefonate senza alcun consenso ne da parte della nostra azienda ne da parte dell'operatore. Quindi inviamo una mail al cliente di cui alleghiamo la copia in dimostrazione del fatto che niente di quello che lei scrive sia vero comunicandogli il fatto che era nostra intenzione avvisare le le autorità del suo comportamento. In essa non troviamo nessuna intimidazione ne minaccia e di tale affermazione ne risponderà nelle sedi opportune in quanto sporgeremo querela per tutelare la nostra immagine. Si allega il testo della mail di risposta info A: Fabio C. Esterno Buonasera, Il rimborso ( del 20% come da condizioni generali di vendita ) non può essere emesso prima del 28 Agosto 2024, in quanto lei è in possesso di un titolo di viaggio che potrebbe essere usato regolarmente all’imbarco. Inoltre la sua richiesta di rimborso per avverse condizioni meteo non risulta essere regolare in quanto l’escursione sarà regolarmente effettuata in quanto l’autorità marittima non ha emesso alcun bollettino per condizioni meteo avverse e non ha vietato la navigazione. Nonostante la sua illegittima richiesta il nostro operatore si è impegnato e le ha concesso il rimborso del 20%, che sarà effettuato in data 29.08.2024. Per quanto riguarda le minacce telefoniche da lei fatte in data odierna ai nostri impiegati sarà immediatamente informata l’autorità giudiziaria depositando una denuncia cautelativa contro la sua persona. La invitiamo a non divulgare e distruggere, qualora avesse registrato le telefonate come da lei affermato, le registrazioni in quanto rappresentano una violazione della privacy non avendo la nostra azienda dato il consenso alla registrazione.

Breathtaking views

We spent a day on the boat and visited 3 islands: Salina, Panarea and Stromboli.
On each stop you had 3 - 4 hours to visit the old town and the local beaches, with the possibility of taking a nice swim in the sea.
The Guide, Angelo, very helpful and ready to advise you where to go and where to taste typical local products.
The Stromboli volcano seen from the erupting ship is spectacular.
Lipari at night a breathtaking view. Experience highly recommended.

Fake schedules to grab customers

Poor schedule management.
I purchased the Tour from Capo d’Orlando to Lipari and Vulcano in August 2024.
Return time when purchasing tickets: 17:30, in reality both on the outward and return journey the ship has lengthened the route passing through Patti, thus lengthening the navigation by more than two and a half hours.
At my refund request it was written that the commander can change the schedules at his discretion (I would say in this case without valid reason, except to spare them).
MAI PIÙ.
What if one had a train to catch after the day?! Lost for trivial reasons.
You don't work like that, schedules must be respected.

Buongiorno, Essendo una compagnia di navigazione privata, gli itinerari possono essere soggetti a variazioni come ben specificato nelle condizioni generali di contratto, fermo restando che sia garantita l'escursione come nel suo caso. Gli orari indicati sono sempre approssimativi e possono variare per molteplici motivi ( Slot per l'ormeggio alle isole occupati, cambio rotta, ritardi all'imbarco etc etc), sicuramente non per risparmiare in quanto allungando la tratta di percorrenza si consuma più carburante.. La sua affermazione che il tempo di navigazione è stato allungato di 2 ore non corrisponde a verità in quanto il tempo di navigazione da Capo D' Orlando a patti è di circa 40 minuti, ma essendo patti più vicina alle isole eolie rispetto a Capo d'Orlando si recuperano circa 10 minuti di navigazione. P.S. chiunque abbia un minimo di conoscenza della navigazione marittima sa perfettamente che gli orari di arrivo sono sempre soggetti a variazioni. L'Unica cosa che ci dispiace è che non si sia goduto le Isole Eolie come meritano e come ha fatto la restante parte della gente imbarcata.

I understand that stromboli you could not go but 2 stops in Salina gave us nothing was better more time in Panarea to see it better and let's not talk about Stromboli made it clear that we waited in the evening to see the lava jets but just after sunset away running
As for the staff nothing to say but the boat must have more outdoor space as everyone wanted to photograph the landscapes and we were crowded
All for 90€ in my opinion not worth

Ci dispiace che non abbia apprezzato l'escursione, la visita delle isole è stata riprogrammata per l'impossibilità di scendere a Stromboli ma nulla è stato tolto dal tempo di permanenza a Panarea ( abbiamo aggiunto la sosta a Rinella per permettere ai partecipanti di fare il bagno in una delle calette più belle dell'isola in sostituzione del tempo di permanenza a Stromboli). Per quanto riguarda gli spazi esterni la nave e dotata di 2 ponti esterni e due corridoi laterali che permettono ai passeggeri di fare le foto dei meravigliosi paesaggi, mentre l'osservazione della sciara di fuoco dell'isola di Stromboli dura circa 40 minuti ed è normale andar via dopo il tramonto.
