Je suis d'accord avec les commentaires, cet endroit est peu fréquenté pourtant on ne peut pas mieux souhaiter en tous points pour les éléphants. Le propriétaire aime vraiment ses animaux, il n'a pas pr but de faire du tourisme. Je recommande vivement. Ce centre est exceptionnel !

Excellente demonstration des elephants. Entree 100 baht. Le patron parle francais anglais et se fera un plaisir de vous expliquer le fonctionnement du camp. Ses explications sont top! Ce camp est bien plus lucide sur la condition des elephants que les autres, ou on ne vous raconte que des salades... Les animaux sont bien traites avec beaucoup d espace et travail que jusqua 13:00

Io e mia moglie amiamo fare i safari in Africa per vedere gli animali LIBERI nel loro ambiente e l'idea di visitare questo centro ci emozionava molto. Ma qui gli elefanti non sono liberi e addirittura vengono incatenati e sfruttati per fare spettacoli per il pubblico. DA CHIUDERE SUBITO

Un emplacement en plein milieu de la forêt. Des animaux non exploités et des mieux traités(une ballade par jour par animal et animaux en liberté). Un propriétaire des plus sympathiques et qui parle français. Une ballade fort sympathique en forêt et un passage dans la rivière.

Le responsable nous a expliqué de long en large l'historique et le fonctionnement du centre (de plus en un parfait français). Nous avons appris énormément de choses sur cette activité et les exagérations qu'elle entraînait dans d'autres centres.

Si lo que buscas es disfrutar de elefantes en libertad, este no es el sitio. Nos lo vendieron como una experiencia inolvidable de contacto con los animales y lo más cerca que estuvimos de ellos fue tras una valla o montados sobre ellos mientras un “cuidador” los azuzaba. Las instalaciones lamentables. Es más un circo en el que elefantes amaestrados actúan, que una reserva en la que se cuidan y preservan.

We went just expecting to ride on an elephant but there was so much more. The elephant ride was fun and at times a bit scary going up and down the trail. Going into the stream was a surprise and fun as well. After our group finished our rides we fed the elephants the little banana's which was just plain fun. Following that we saw them go into the river with their handlers and play amongst themselves. The really seam to enjoy rolling around in the water. Next we were given a demonstration of the work they are trained to do. It was amazing to see just how strong they truly are. One of the elephants even painted a picture. This is done for the tourists of course but still it was neat to see. Our final adventure here turned out to be just that, an adventure. We were led to bamboo rafts and taken on a leisurely ride downstream, at least thats how it started out. Every now and then we would come to an area where the water sped up due to rock formations in the stream and our boat driver would have to manuever us around it. Finally we hit some rocks and our driver fell in the water but quickly got back onto the raft. My wife and the couple behind us got tossed around a little but we survived our ordeal although my wife's camera got some water in it and she was unable to use it after that happened. Fortunately the water underneath the lens did dry out after a day of sitting in the sun. Overall this was a lot of fun.

Connaissez vous le PHAJANN ?
C;est un rituel, qui consiste a torturer l éléphant pour lui faire comprendre des la naissance que l homme est son maitre ( les videos horribles sont disponibles sur internet, Tapez Phajaan sur Google )
Cette pratique horrible, est mis en place sur cette endroit
Si vous l ignoriez ( ce qui est possible )
je Vous invite a retirer vos commentaires positive envers eux
Si vous souhaitez rencontrer les éléphants vous avez d'autres endroits en Thaïlande pour aller a leurs rencontres..
Oubliez juste de monter sur leurs dos.. !!

"Phajann" is still practicing in Thailand. But the levels of training are varied from mildly to brutally. Depending on the the ritual chief who is in charge of the training program. As long as Thai people have to exploit the elephant in tourism industry, we will continue to train the elephant. Because they are safer after training and we can take care them when they get sick and injured. Even the elephant sanctuary parks where they don't use the elephant for riding and performing, they always use the trained elephants for their activities with the tourists. They just deny that they use the trained elephants. So they lie to tourists about the training necessity. After all everyone who still use the elephant should be conscious about the elephant welfare such as how long they should them per day?, what time they can get rest?, how much of food they can get? Because the elephant camps where no riding, performing use the elephant many sessions a day since they have many clients who want to touch and play with the elephant per day.

HI...We are visiting Thailand in November and would like to visit. Their website suggests making a reservation, but does not provide a form to do so. Also, the only reservation payment seems to be a bank transfer. That seems very complex. Isn't there a way to reserve and place a payment on a credit card? The website does not provide any contact email, either...just a phone number. Thanks!
