We stayed a week in a quadruple with two teenagers. The location of the hotel is great (beautiful sea) you cross and you are on the beach the restaurant on the seventh floor panoramic beautiful and renovated but the rest of the structure needs renovation. The rooms are old for furniture and bathrooms and with some cracks (ours that was supposed to be a quadruple was a triple with extra bed, so different from the site photos). The package booked through agency said safe and minibar but the safe nn worked and the minibar if you wanted it was an extra. Also access to the pool included in the package was not there because the pool was being renovated. Meals, with the exception of breakfast (buffet) are of mediocre quality and if you ask for an encore nn it is said that they give it to you. All these flaws are partly compensated by the staff, the efficient cleaning the waiting staff very friendly and the reception trying to meet your requests. Even the animation guys are cute and engaging. Seafront hotel with enviable position...
One side already renovated, unfortunately we ended up on the dated one.
In the room, very old and very uncomfortable spring mattresses, clean bathroom, but in need of replacement in every single part, all worn out by time.
Going out onto the balconies you can see the absolute need for interventions.
Opted for half board... forget it.
Breakfast ok.

Excellent location, facing the sea and right in the middle of the street where you can walk.
Very friendly, kind and nice staff.
The food leaves something to be desired, flavors rather indifferent.
Clean room but lacking a decent phone and above all lacking sockets.
Overall, an acceptable compromise "quality and price", for a relaxing holiday (Brolo is very taciturn and not very crowded).

Ordiniamo 2 Campari Spritz e ci vengono portati con l'Albero,fin qui tutto bene anche se la richiesta non soddisfava la nostra esigenza. Mi dirigo alla cassa convinto di uno sconto per l'inconveniente ma mi accorgo,esterrefatto,che mi sono stati conteggiati 2 euro in più per patatine e arachidi neanche troppo croccanti. In tutto ciò non mi viene dato neanche lo scontrino.

Una prenotazione molto last minute. Uno dei pochi hotel disponibili in zona. All'arrivo si nota una tipica struttura anni 80. Camere molto spartane, minimal, i divani della hall, in simil pelle, strappati. Ma appena mi affaccio dal balcone (4 piano) trovo un panorama mozzafiato...Alicudi, Filicudi, Eolie e Lipari in bella vista. Ad un passo dalla spiaggia.
Diciamo che la posizione in qualche modo sopperisce alle mancanze di stile dell'hotel.
Curare la forma nelle strutture recettive è di primaria importanza.
Un punto a favore: è a misura di disabili. Quasi mai mi è capitato di vedere bagni attrezzati per i portatori di handicap.
Onestamente? Non so se ci tornerei

Climatizzatore centralizzato vicino alla mia camera ( la 511 ) . Rumore intenso del motore , sembrava di essere su una Nave . Non si poteva ne regolare ne spegnere , Impossibile dormire . all’1,30 di notte eravamo tutti svegli e infreddoliti . dopo l’ennesima telefonata hanno finalmente spento . Colazione appena sufficiente . Dopo questa esperienza abbiamo deciso di andare via anticipando la nostra permanenza a solo un giorno . Peccato , l’albergo ha grandi potenzialità, è pulito e il personale è disponibile , ma per il resto ......

Eccezionale vista sulla splendida spiaggia di Brolo,il bar non è il massimo potrebbe e dovrebbe spiccare di più. Senza pecche particolari ma anche senza grandi motivi per fermarsi se non per la vista....Mi stupirà la prossima volta che mi fermerò ne sono convinto...
