The 2 films chosen were beautiful.... but you can not pay 19 € and 17 € x a cinema so dirty and messy! But why don't you clean the chairs while the customers wait to come in??? There was everything on top!!! Hair, popcorn, cartridges...
Useless to have comfortable armchairs if you can not even relax because it sucks where you rest your head!!
And then the bar !!!!.... another 20 and broken euros ! No receipt x more! You look bad!

I went with friends to see a movie recently. after the screening we go to the bathroom for personal needs, time five minutes and the lights suddenly go out. Considering that two out of three bathrooms were broken we also took relatively little. we open the door to go out and it was all dark. we find ourselves in front of a lady of staff who begins to shout at us and use rude language. we go out and we are left to ourselves with total darkness outside and the lady leaving in the car was looking at us badly.

Arrive in the theater at the first programming of Deadpool and Wolverine to find that it has been canceled for lack of the film, without bothering to warn anyone with waves of people who must be told to go home by the boy who unplugs the tickets. Beyond the ridiculous offer offered by this multiplex, you also risk making your way empty and having to miss the viewing by more than a week because of the full rooms. Do yourself a favor and go to Cinelandia which is much better in every respect.

Scandalous...the air conditioning is broken and they only tell you after you've paid for the ticket and then you die from the heat. All on June 20th...you should be ashamed...going to the cinema should be a pleasure, not a sauna!!

We purchased the tickets in advance online, but, when we arrived at the theater, an employee informed us "that due to a system error" they had also sold the same seats to others, so either we accepted the front row seats or we could watch the next show.

VERGOGNA! Domenica 15/01/23 sono andata a vedere Avatar. Alle ore 17,30 circa è iniziata la proiezione ma con sorpresa è stata improvvisamente interrotta dopo una mezz'ora. Si sono accese le luci e sono entrate una trentina di persone che hanno preso posto in sala. Dopodichè, spente le luci, è ripresa la proiezione dall'inizio. Con stupore realizzo che senza dir nulla la direzione ha deciso di ignorare le persone che erano già in sala alle 17,30 e di far partire da capo la proiezione. Ma che modi sono? Come si sono permessi di trattarci come se non esistessimo? Meritavamo minimo delle scuse e anche una proposta di rimborso del biglietto. Mi sono lamentata con dei responsabili chiedendo il rimborso ma non era possibile. Potevo far cambio con un altro spettacolo o scrivere per sperare di riavere indietro quanto speso.
Chiaramente sceglierò altre sale cinematografiche molto più serie di questa.

Perso i primi minuti di Spiderman no way home per mancanza di personale nell’ area pop corn e apertura in ritardo della sala.
Se ci sono 200 persone che devono guardare il film, o si deve aprire prima l ingresso o si deve aggiungere personale per velocizzare la coda.
30 min di coda.
