I have just had a hot stone massage treatment here and it was the best massage I have had in a long time. I have had many massages in my life and this is tops. Friendly polite and made to feel welcome in the garden sanctuary.

Aroha health Spa, the place to be for a relaxing and most enjoyable time. I had an amazing massage treatment, professional and knowledgeable therapist with magic hands.💆♀️followed by a delicious coffee and lunch in their beautiful garden setting.(with beautiful cats)💓 Totally recommend!

I just enjoyed my best hot stone massage ever! I've booked 1 1/2 hours with Marjo and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. The background music was very pleasant and calming and I felt like I had a little holiday.
All the people at the Aroha Health Spa are always nice and very welcoming so I can highly recommend it.

Squeezed me in no problem when I woke up having wrenched my back and shoulder sleeping! Calm quiet entry, good massage, nice mellow professional vibe - I’m always a little nervous to try somewhere nobody I know has used but the reviews here were spot on. Thanks for making me more comfortable

Great massage! She was Very knowledgeable and it was very therapeutic. Deep tissue is exactly what I requested and she definitely went deep. I felt very relaxed after the massage!

The relaxing massage I had was excellent. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. Their wee cafe also makes excellent coffee and the chocolate brownie is to die for.

We are very impressed by the amazing atmosphere at the Pohara Spa you can feel the Aroha as the name is called. The cafe and ambience a nice space to enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Had a Massage with Talai, she has the most amazing healing hands and worked on where my body needed it most!!! Her Spiritual Abilities gave me brilliant insight to want was happening in my life and what I needed to work on... all in a lovely safe environment. Highly recommend!!! A must do for Mind, Body and Soul....

My husband had a 90 minute massage here and said it was top rate (he gets a lot of massages due to his active job). My daughter (6) and I were able to join him in the private hot tub for 20 minutes and then we had a lovely snack at the cafe and browsed the gift shop.
The vibe is not overly new age and feels tranquil. At the same time the business is clearly run professionally with attention to detail. Highly recommended.

yesterday i had an amazing experience at the aroha health spa.
in the beautiful garden cafe i enjoyed my coffee and my book in a quiet and peaceful space.i appreciate it very much that they offer organic and fair-trade coffees and the taste was delicious. i also had a one and a half hour healing session with Berdina which definitely encouraged my physical healing process. i can highly recommend a visit to this spa.
