The address for the starting point on this app was and at the time of this message still incorrect. Because of this we arrived to the wrong location and by the time we got to the right dock the boat was gone, bearing in mind there was torrential rain showers that evening. They can update the pin on the Google maps as numerous others have mentioned before me. The operators didn't even try to accommodate for their error as we were only 5 mins late. Awful customer relations and terrible customer service. Even though it was due to bad information provided by the operator, and terrible weather conditions no allowances were made to accommodate us.
