High quality items sold for great prices. Would absolutely recommend you stop and check this place out.

This shop is excellent. Very high quality products offered by a classy, passionate owner. We were given a low-pressure tour of the shop and the pieces available. Bassem, the owner, made us feel at home throughout our time there. There is also a view on the shop’s roof that he graciously offered to show us. Easily our best view of the town throughout our tour of Bethlehem.

I have bought and gifted items from this shop to many clients in the US and have received great feedback. The quality and uniqueness of the products, along with the story of them having been made in Bethlehem, suggest the prices should be higher (my opinion). Not to mention the excellent service. I will continue to make purchases from this shop for many years to come.

A must visit place

I was not so fond of wooden objects but while in Bethlehem I decided to visit the shop according to the very good comments. Boy, was I glad to do that. The shop was full of incredible hand carved small and big objects. Sometimes you need to stop and inspect them carefully to see the beauty. On top of that, what makes the experience incredible is the owner. He was very very kind, friendly and talkative. Even he thoughtfully suggested that I can use his rooftop to see the city from above. I gladly accepted and luckily it was sunset time so the view was spectacular. Thanks to tripadvisor commentators and owner, I now have an awesome memory.

The guys in that shop took me on a little tour around and I was so blessed to get to know them. I am looking forward to meeting them again in the future.
I am really looking forward to it. They are the bestof the best out there. The store itself offers so much to look at and buy affordably.
Please support this local store in any way shape or form. They need it now more than ever.
Big Fan abd a huge shoutout from Germany.

I bought majority of my souvenir in this shop during my visit to Betlehem

The owner of the shop is amazing person and all the products are hand made by Betlehem olive wood.

Prices are reasonble in comparasive with ither shops.

Baseem’s little shop and adjacent workshop in Bethlehem were a treasure to find. Not only were we welcomed with great hospitality, there were so many things to choose from. In his generosity, I was even allowed to take more items than I paid for. Would happily recommend a visit to Bassem’s shop for anyone looking for any Olive wood products at an affordable price and great service.

Lugar con mucho encanto para comprar regalos en madera como por ejemplo portales de belén (nacimiento de Jesús). Tienen su propio taller. El dueño muy agradable.

Bassem treated us as if we had known each other all our lives. After feeling the aggressiveness of the taxi drivers and the stress of being in a new place, he came with classy hospitality. We felt protected, helped and respected. Not only did we buy some great gifts, but we got guidance, ideas, we were given water, internet access, and especially access to the store's terrace, where you can see a large part of the city. Go to his store every time you pass through Bethlehem and you will say that I was right
