Trusty, friendly and absolutely the best!

David was our driver when I went with my friends and he was absolutely helpful in every step of our experience, helping us with translating, recommendations and most importantly our transportation. He goes the extra mile in ensuring that we are safe at all times and we get the best deals at touristy spots. His transport is clean and reliable. I even hired him again when I went Batam with my partner. Highly recommended service!!

David was absolutely the best throughout this trip! A vacation with 9 people can be quite daunting but he made the trip so seamless with all of his recommendations such as places to eat and go! He also made really great company by joining us for some of ours dinners. The car itself was also very clean and spacious! Will definitely go for this again on my next trip to batam

Davigo Brothers excellent & courteous Transport provider

David of Davigo was our driver and tour guide for our group of 10pax on a 3D2N stay in Batam. David is very safe and careful driver, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly in executing his services. The van is new, clean and comfortable. Bottled water and umbrellas are available in the van. He recommended very nice seafood and Chinese meals for our stay.

Wonderful and Caring Services

Have been using their services since 2 years ago whenever we go for our golf trip in Batam. Always there when call upon and also provide a very safe and caring services. Have even recommended to our golf kaki for their trip to Batam and they also commented that they also been served with prompt and caring services.
Strongly recommend to try out their service whenever you need to visit Batam.

Always exceeding our expectations

Davigo Brothers is my default go-to for all my transportation needs in Batam. I have been using them for transportation around Batam since 2016.

Their vehicles are well maintained and generally clean. The appointed drivers are usually friendly and some of them even shares great local places for food and shopping while chatting with us.

Their contacts in Batam is extensive and they are helpful in communicating and book activities in advance such as Parasailing, massage, go-karts etc.

Overall, my groups and I always feel safe while travelling with them as their drivers are always careful and conscientious in navigating around the islands.

The experience is hassle free and driver went the extra mile to help us collect kueh Lapis on the day we were leaving Batam at no extra cost.

Will definitely engage him again when going back.

Not very engaging

We were grateful for the prompt response and confirmation by David as we requested for a day tour around Batam. Also appreciative of his brother who was punctual and patiently took us around the city. However I have a couple of feedback for improvement:
1) we felt the tour was more of a driver service than a tour guide experience as there was little interaction not explanations to the places brought
2) would be better if the tour guide explained to us at the start of the tour to recap our itinerary of the day and make adjustments accordingly eg potential weather conditions or more scenic places. As tourists we don’t know better.
3. First half of the day were mostly tourist traps eg coffee, latex factory. Instead of walking in with us to explain than leaving us with salesmen. Felt like was a commission arrangement.
4. Was not informed had to pay for gokart. And it cost 150k idr per pax. Was expensive and my hubby’s kart broke down several times. Upon reading the reviews online, the gokart company had negative reviews of pricing and poor maintenance. Why bring us to such a place? Against felt was commission based.
Perhaps the company can rethink and cater to the audience. Also think of a way to differentiate itself in a more creative way. Nonetheless we were happy with restaurant and sekupang recommendation.

Dear Ms Serene, We are very thankful for ur feedback about our services. But here we want clear somethings. 1. Please note that we didn't bring our customer to tourist traps as you said, We are already told you about the itinerary and you said "Factory as long not boring is ok!". 2. "Instead of walking in with us to explain than leaving us with salesmen. Felt like was a commission arrangement". Every Factory they have salesman who can explain every details of their product. If no salesman who can explain the product inside? If the customer buy, company profits is increase. If not also no problem. They didnt force the customer to buy their product. Except the salesman forcing you to buy their product. 3. "Was not informed had to pay for gokart". We told you already that our price is only for transport cost. And infront of the go-kart there is a information that inform you the price. And our experience, every customer that we bring to go-kart place they happy and satisfied. 4. "Commission Based" We are only give a suggestion and you're agreed. During we do this business there is no complain about the itinerary. Once again its for factory company profits. None of comission that my company get. We are feeling happy if our customer satisfied with our service. Thankyou Regards, David Richardo
